You can pretty much figure out the arrangement of the singles by looking at Alternative station KTCL's playlist! ;)

The song is a great follow-up to Over My Head. I'm not sure if I like it as much, but after just one listen this song has a good hook, kind of depressing, but same familiar sound, and should do all right.

I like this song, this was the best choice for a second single.

Yeah, the song isn't bad at all. Not as good as 'Over My Head' because that really took me in but this is good. Although I think if this were released first, I wouldn't be interested.

^ Agreed. It's hard to beat "Over My Head".

I just got an email saying that this song is going to be used in this Sunday's episode of Grey's Anatomy and then the 3/29 episode of One Tree Hill.
It's a good song. :)

I dont like this or the other Fray song, but this is better than the first single. Anyway, looks like the episode helped. It's #64 on iTunes!

I love this song. I've had the album since November and wasn't really feeling it at first, but now I can't stop listening to it, definitely a grower. "Over My Head" isn't even my favorite song anymore, it might even rank down around #4. My favorite is "Heaven Forbid."

It sounds like a slower version of "Over My Head" but less catchier.
#47 on iTunes.

One thing that makes this immediately less catchier than "Cable Car" is that this song has no bridge or any sort of break-down; it goes Verse 1- Chorus - Verse 2 - Chorus - Verse 3 - Chorus - Chorus. So it never really picks up and is more flat in comparison to "Cable Car".
I don't know if there is an edited single version of this song, but I don't think that repeat of the chorus at the end of the song is necessary, and they could end the song with the 2X Chorus following the third verse and then have the piano hook drive the song to closure.
This is a beautiful song and deserves to hit, and I think it'll give The Fray a second Top 10 entry here, but on mainstream formats it'll be more of a minor hit.
Sincerely, Noah Eaton

This is a great song in my opinion. At least they are releasing the best singles off the album.

it's getting a lot of Hot AC spins now. It was a fast move over from AAA.

This song was removed prematurely from the Mediabase chart this week (6/24). The song should've been #13, but it was removed to recurrent status. The 6/24 chart would've been its 53rd week on the chart, so...
1) Is there a new recurrent rule for Hot AC about songs spending more than a year and below the top 10?
2) Is this another example of Mediabase not quite paying close enough attention to songs that are removed?

What do you think? And what surprises me is that nobody posted in this thread for almost 10 months!! :o

Actually, it might be option 1, since R&R has a 52/10 recurrent rule for all charts. Perhaps Mediabase has adopted this rule as well. Snow Patrol also fell off the chart after its 52nd week on the R&R chart, but I'm not sure whether it fell below #15 that week or not, since it was #14 the week before.
