The AC forum has now been combined with the Hot AC forum while Triple-A topics have been moved to the Alternative/Rock forum. I've moved over the AC topics since about last fall and moved the remaining 40 pages into the archive. If anyone wants me to move the rest over, I can do it, as tedious as it may be. I'm not sure if people use the AC forum for chart archives but I am aware that fans of the AC chart are probably more likely to be actual chart followers than most of the other formats so if needed, I'm more than willing to move the rest.
Any topics that are doubled over from the move or that get bumped that belong to Triple-A, I can merge or move them as required.

We're hoping to get them all moved to this one forum in the near future, but since it will require merging a number of threads one-by-one, it will take a bit of time. |

Maybe you might wanna move the older AC charts to a sub forum for archives? The flashbacks can go there as well. I'm also looking at doing few other things in the future.

Sorry, I'm just getting back from vacation and noticed the changes here.
Could we actually change the name to either Hot AC / Soft AC or Hot AC / Mainstream AC? I don't think it makes sense to have Adult Contemporary as the dominant format in the title since that was the forum with the smaller amount of traffic before the merger, plus there will most likely be more Hot AC discussion since more songs are issued to that format.

Proboards actually doesn't put the forums names in alphabetical order automatically; we just keep them in that order so they're easy to find. Anyway, Adam's point is valid, so I went ahead and changed it to "Hot AC / Mainstream AC". I'd like to keep it at the top though, since both formats are types of "Adult Contemporary". I guess another option could be "AC: Hot and Mainstream", but that's probably getting to be too awkward sounding. |

I just looked at the AC chart for the first time in a while. It's basically the Hot AC chart from four months ago. Has it been like this for a long time? What happened to Jim Brickman? :(

Ok is this normal? It seems one of my local HAC stations has started a mix show. I heard it tonight for the first time. I don't think any HAC station in town has done so before. Do HAC stations flashers elsewhere do this?
