Not true. They took the echo away from the verses. It's still there but not as noticeable as it was on the demo. Listen to the demo and then the final version and you'll see. The verses just seem so hallow without the echo to me.

"Not Myself Tonight" actually had a pretty decent peak ... I'd have step one as successfully recovering from the eighth day effect, and then step two as outpeaking "Car Wash" (if not done already). Then "Not Myself Tonight".

I will consider it a failure if it doesn't outpeak NMT so for me step 1 to becoming a hit is getting a better peak than it. That is the minimum. If this collapses at #15 to me it would not have done what it needed to do for Christina at this point :/ Just my opinion.

So what if she has a CC deal y'all act like she is the first act to do it and its a brand new thing, go get that smash Christina. I disagree with pay for play and think it should be banned but aslong as its legal its all fair.

Hey now give people some credit. I am sure that they will switch from its a flop to "she cheated and bought the #1" if it does go #1.

(By the way, I actually think Pulse is more on the mature side so I am more making fun of some of the people I see on other boards and celeb sites ha ha. Overall, we are reasonable except for the occasional newbie or random flare up :) )

I guess I don't find anything wrong with 1 day or weekend raido deals.
If people don't respond then I would assume raido will stop playing it when the promo is over.
However regular pay for play just seems sneakier. Even though ideally it's almost the same thing it just doesen't feel like regular raido promo.

Well Well Well...while I'm NOT going 100% AGAINST my first post of this track (On pg 7 FYI FUN read) I must tell U I'm NOT a Christina hater. I've actually been a HUGE fan of hers since Stripped...I just HATE how she PAINFULLY has let herself go!!

Not just her singles but also her weight...girl was ALWAYS much sexier Than Britney (In My Eyes) But her Strange putting on weight "to fill out" move really backfired on her. With that said lets get the heart on this post "Your Body"

All fine & dandy that she got the CC deal on Friday and of her numbers are exploding this week due to it. The TRUE test will be tommorow's performance on The Voice...while Im an X-Factor 4life, the voice beat Simon & the fun bunch last week in the ratings dept. (WAKE UP HONEY BOO BOO AMERICA)

So she will have PLENTY of eyes watching to see if this can OFFICALLY bring her back (Womanizer Stlye)

Heres's hoping to Hell that CA DOESN'T come out in one of those horrid black ill fitting too bunched up EVERYWHERE BODYSUITS!! Mind U I'm 100% straight but, I know a lil about style & Aguileras has been M.I.A. since 2007...What a shame cause Again to me she was soooooo sexy...Arrrrrrrhhhhh

Now that we know her outfit & style has to be ON POINT! Let's get to the performance...Please girl scale back on the "ahhh ohhh ahhh ouuuu ahhh ohhhh's) Not to mention those crazy finger movements she uses holding the Mic! Watch for that!!!
Get your vocals under control (We all KNOW that U have ALWAYS been the Tiny Girl with the HUGE Voice so DON'T OVER DO IT) Plus "tiny" left U awhile ago...

Make sure to throw some dance moves in there that will make us Guys WANT ur BODY AGAIN!!! Lastly above all DONT SING... "Your Body" Instead hit us with "Dirrty" instead....just playing Christinanites

While this track doesn't annoy me as much anymore...Im not sold that it will have staying power like my girls P!nk & Rihanna ALWAYS hit us with! That being said...her iTunes numbers need to be HUGE...radio must see that the Honey Boo Boo's of the world learned how to use a computer and hit the correct purchase button.

So In closing I WILL be watching with 4 eyes (Borrowing my friends glasses) tomorrow night to see how "the once very sexy" plans on re-introducing herself to the world...Hope she doesn't go against my critiques...cause if she does then It's Over like Scherzinger for this Boo Boo...

"Reintroduce herself to the world"? She hasn't been in hiding. And while it does will for NBC, The Voice doesn't exactly represent "the world."

Just listened to it again after a month, after finally finding a clip on Youtube. Is that dubstep in the bridge? It feels like every major dance star in the past >year has had dubstep elements in their lead single. I like this trend!

The radio deal was only for one day not the entire week so we should look for "normal" updates. I'm not expecting Christina who hasn't had a real solo hit in 6 years to fly up as fast as people who have a full week radio deal and much more recent smashes so radio "trusts" them more.

I think ultimately this will hinge on Itunes sales though. If it performs very poorly in Itunes sales I am not sure if I see it getting beyond the 20 mark.

So are you saying they have all been one day deals and then the super huge inflated numbers that continued for 7 days just came naturally without a deal? WOW. That makes me rethink what I think about radio deals, actually.

I thought a lot of them were one day or for the weekend. I feel like every hour on every Clear Channel station for an entire week would result in even higher debuts (like near or in the Top 10).
