I just heard the radio edit/'Love Your Body' for the first time, and ew. It really does sound awkward, especially after I've been bumping the explicit version for so long. They better put that shit up on iTunes.

Even though this song will burn quick just like Not Myself Tonight I like it better with the word Love instead of Fuck. It just sounds like the F word was thrown in there just bc. Her sound sounds so dated. It just keeps getting worse and worse. I mean what happened to it on Itunes??? Does anyone know its out yet lol?!

Something I would expect from Nicole Scherizinger or something. It's not bad and could be a hit. However, if Ke$ha, Lady Gaga, and Rihanna are all releasing singles soon, forget it. They'll put an ad up on iTunes tomorrow and it'll start rising more rapidly then. Monday releases usually perform like this.
It's #71 right now which isn't bad, considering.

The CC deal (if it was even that considering only KIIS stations played it on the hour I've noticed) only lasted for Friday only. |

I didn't see this in the top 200 in Canada yet so I caved and bought the clean version. Maybe that's their plan after all--have fans purchase the clean version first and then release the explicit version later on so they'd be forced to buy another copy. lol. |

Idk. I like this song but her image, basically since her debut, to me has been very grating and contrived. I almost liked it during BTB, but even then it seemed forced. She just cannot convincingly carry this hypersexualized persona she so desperately wants everyone to associate her with.

After. I thought it would get more spins off the bat considering the deal got it a big day of airplay to get things rolling, and it's a radio friendly song from a big artist. You Da One and Give Me All Ur Luvin were getting similar updates, but it's way to early to tell if this will end up on a similar road. Both of those songs had deals that expanded beyond 1 day. Once they hit the end of the deal the negative bullets started rapidly. |

Which, for me, creates this weird clash because you can't say she's being sexual at any size when her single cover and video (based on that still) are working their Photoshop magic to drop dozens of pounds off her. It's like she doesn't think she can be sexual at her current size, because she's still pretending she's rather thin, either in the way she dresses or the finished product of her photo shoots and videos. |

That still doesn't really mean anything. From what we've seen regarding the video she's going for more of a funny and playful video, not a sexual one. That's how she deserved the video in her Ryan Seacrest interview "fun and playful". I think her team is aware of what went wrong with NMT and I don't think the video in the end will turn out sexual at all. I'm kinda imagining it being like the I Wanna Go video, as in having nothing to do with the song itself lol. |

She looks awful in that video still. She could be such a pretty lady, but chooses the worst clothes and makeup. Oh well, still loving this. I love the dirty version so much more. It's alot hotter singing in the car to yourself about fucking someone's body, instead of loving it! I hope I enjoy the rest of the album as much.
