When I think of why I didn't like NMT that much, it has more to do with the video than the song itself. The song was somewhat catchy but didn't have a huge hook.
The video however...
I watched it once, and didn't find it sexy. All I could think was that she took the over-sexualized thing a few steps too far, which was sure to turn people off. Then look what happened. Nearly releasing a song about cunnilingus as the follow-up didn't help things either (much as I do LOVE Woo-Hoo).

Finally heard this. Something I would expect from Nicole Scherizinger or something. It's not bad and could be a hit. However, if Ke$ha, Lady Gaga, and Rihanna are all releasing singles soon, forget it. This isn't making the Top 10.

I've never heard Don't Wake Me Up at normal speed on the radio, it's been sped up everytime on all the stations I've heard it. And it sounds great that way. This song shouldn't be any different. It needed to be sped up a little for CHR should not pose an issue. |

I don't get why they wouldn't put the explicit up because everyone who heard the demo is expecting it and they would get more sales from stans who would buy both versions. My only guess is they don't want the song to sound too overly sexual because that's what turned off alot of people from NMT, but regardless this song is still sexual anyway so lol. Bought it though!  I hope this is able to go top 3 on iTunes, but Taylor and PSY are gonna be extremely tough competition right now. |

I don't think I ever even get close enough to be charged though. Like, as soon as I get to the screen where I see the song BAM frozen. My Itunes hasn't acted this buggy in YEARS.

If they're not releasing it now I doubt they're ever going to.  Although there is an explicit version of the album on Amazon. So either they're waiting to release it on the album for some weird reason or there are just other explicit songs on the album and we're stuck with "love your body". |

The way everyone freaked out about the word f**k and how unbelievably vulgar and horrific it was I can see why they would just mass release Love at least at first. I do think they will eventually make the explicit one available.
I really, really hope this can sneak top 10 before the week is over **crosses fingers**

Frustrating that the explicit version isn't up--not sure I want to buy the clean one. Maybe they are saving it for the album release--the first single always gets a boost when the album drops, and if they came out with another version, that would boost sales further and may get the song a higher peak. Still seems silly.
