I thought all Gaga's stuff was considered Dance/Electronic? Also what about LMFAO? The Nielsen Soundscan list must consist of pure EDM artists then.

Nicki Minaj, Starships (16,000, -13%, 2.696 million) Nicki Minaj, Starships (12,000, -16%, 1.002 million) Is the second Pound the Alarm? Or the two versions of Starships (clean/explicit) ? I wouldn't think clean would be so much, though. In the same way Dolly Parton is country. Not familiar with her work, so not a good example. Sorry.

With glee's one and only charting being at 95 it looks like they wont be charting very often this season. Streaming really hurt their chances. 4 weeks was once a lot for a glee song to chart, now 2 is guna be extrmeley rare. They could do what they pulled last season and throw some Adele in to get some attention ;) (i know they did chasing pavements) but i think set fire to the rain if done well could chart fairly well.
neyo's song really hasnt grown on me :/
Glad to see Lifehouse & Carly debut. Nice seeing Beyonce move up as well.
Also im a secret Cascada fan so great to see ETWT at 2.5 million. There total US single sales is around 5 million

Combo of streaming and the show on Thursday not Tuesday will hurt them deeply. Not to mention losing viewers, although the premiere was up over the finale, I believe.

It's Time by Imagine Dragon got a boost as well. I hope that one could break out in the mainstream, it has crossover appeal.
Glad Lifehouse debuted! Good song! I hope it could become a hit, even on a moderate level. I was still frustrated All In spent a lot of weeks in the Bubbling Under and peaked at #101
Green Day's Oh Love is back at #100, too bad this song is not taking off. :(
Can Some Nights sneak a week at #1?

These Glee tracks will have a tougher time with on-demand in the mix.

^That is correct. But, all have appeared on the Hot 100, and the album has produced urban smash hits. :) I don't believe the label even bothered setting an airplay impact date for this latest.

I remember last year I guessed that Glee songs' H100 positions were about 4x their iTunes peak. This year with both streaming and 2 fewer days I predicted about 8x.
It's Time peaked at #12 & #95 on the respective charts, so that's about right, this time.
I had a better gauge based on where the songs were on iTunes by the end of Sunday. I think I had...x2 last season? That sounds about right.

so if they're eventually down in terms of chart points, they will go recurrent?
I thought every song with 20+ weeks on chart & below #50 went recurrent. ???

oohh I got it..
I have another question, these songs will go recurrent if they eventually down in terms of chart points? Or we must wait for another 1-2 weeks until they completely tumbling on the chart?

I take it that the limited-edition CD single for Swift's single contains the pop version of "We Are Never..."- it climbed to No. 1 on Singles Sales last week, but probably with a low tally. I suspect the album will have the country-tinged version.

The CD single contains the regular pop version. I don't see why they'd include the country remix on the album. I'm sure they want pop fans to buy the album too, and the song is doing far better on pop than it's doing (or did) on country. Plus the country remix just feels cheap and tacky to me. I fully expect the normal pop version to be on Red.
