From my understanding, RCA originally wanted to release Call My Name after JRFM back when the album was slated for September. AIYH is the record that got the strongest reaction from the listening sessions. CMN is actually decent. The chorus is definitely the stand out. I can see exces getting a rise from AIYH. |

AIYH was the obvious choice. It should have been out in early December, though. Hopefully cares enough about this project that she still tries to work it in spite of the performance. Her track record says otherwise.

I was rocking my Monica playlist today at work, it's by far one of my fav playlists. The highlights of her career (well, what I consider her highlights, haha) are so amazing. Love her to pieces, I wish she could have brought that level of consistency to her entire career, she could have been so f**king great.

Her and Brandy remain flawless throughout all of these years. I want them to collaborate on a full project together which would force a tour between the two of them. A simple project with 3 solo tracks each with about 4-5 duet tracks would be incredible. They could release a duet together as the first single so they can promote it on the usual circuits and than a solo track each to maximize exposure if one wants "family time" (aka Monica *side-eye*) so they aren't obligated to perform together every time. It feels perfect in my head... it will probably remain in my head though.
