Even slower so far is "Remember Then (Push Rewind)", nine weeks on AT40 and it hits a new peak--at#35. Of course, slow starts are often overcome; "Everybody Talks"' first five weeks on AT40 were 40-39-38-39-40. Then it turned around and continued climbing, eventually peaking at #3.

An interesting contrast is the one dropper, "Va Va Voom", which falls off after 10 weeks (two of which were frozen), but got to #13 during that time--one of the fastest rise-and-falls under the current chart that wasn't (to my knowledge) skewed by "stunt" play or some special circumstance.

Speaking of Nicki...do you guys think that Starships burned America out on her a bit? I'm surprised that PTA and VVV fell as quickly as they did.

The Black Eyed Peas' "The Time (Dirty Bit)" peaked at #8 but spent only 13 weeks on the chart. Also, Britney Spears' "Hold It Against Me" peaked at #4 while spending only 15 weeks on the chart, though in the latter case the release was very hyped so I guess it'd be a "special circumstance".

I don't know much about her. What's wrong with her attitude?
I was also surprised at VVV (which looks funny written down), but at least we got to hear it as an extra which is Ryan's way of telling us it dropped off.

Another slow week. Same 2 songs on the verge, but as Casey might have said JT "leaps on to the survey". Too many extras before and after #10.
We got endless promotion of the train wreck, Smash. It will be
interesting to see if they can put Humpty Dumpty back together again. Jennifer Hudson should help with doing that.
