I love this! Love it from the very first note! I actually prefer this over Almost Home or #Beautiful, at least for now. Fantastic job Mariah!

See it just would have been perfect if this was the song she'd released when she was on Idol. Just as the "tide the fans over with something till the record's finished" song, she could have performed this on the final, and then released #Beautiful rather than this at this point.

I don't think they ever said this was going to radio! I bet they have a radio single ready as well... Why would they have spent so much time hyping up the premiere of a song that's not a single? I thinks its more of a hype track to get people interested again. im sure they know this isn't very radio friendly which is why they premiered it on facebook! |

It's on iTunes. It's a single. There's no law stating that Mimi always has to make radio-ready material.

Hmmmmm...promising intro.....not a fan of the vocals on the verse (I'd opt for a melody any day)...too much effort put in to using long words...a nice change from the over-polished sound of Memoirs...some nice low notes! (welcome back...)....killer vocals at the end.....overall, a little underwhelming for me

2014 Vision Of Love? Not in any capacity does this match up to one of the best pop debuts ever. It's tragically boring. But, yes, she does sound quite strong in terms of notes, but even she seems to be a bit lost at nailing this melody.

I still can't get over this immaculate vocal performance. I am in awe right now of this woman. Oh…she confirmed in the chat that the album will be out NEXT YEAR, for anyone actually holding out hope that it would be released before the end of this year, LOL.

Well, like I said in one of my other posts this definitely seems like a song they put out in the holiday shuffle because they didn't care if it got lost in the mix. I think this was more along the lines of getting something out there. I hope she has a strong second single.

Wow. It feels extremely organic and soulful, almost lending to itself a gospel sound and even an almost 50's sound as well, I'm blown away by it and almost in tears. AND THE VOCALS! There's a collapse in my soul, might need to find the nearest floor and cry this thing out! Very touching especially if you have a situation. Well done, Mariah.  |

I like the song a lot, I just don't particularly care for the way she sings the verses...that speedy, almost talking-like way...not feeling in this kind of song. However, the chorus is nice and from the climax on it's truly spectacular.

For me it's like I Wish You Well meets Trapped In The Closet (the first half anyways) I like that the general sound is different from the overly-polished Memoirs - I dare say I'll end up loving it.
