not a racist :'( the 80s and 90s were great, british bands had airplay and depeche mode, pet shop boys, duran duran, and others were supported by mtv remember those days when siouxsie and the banshees were played on mtv and us radio and they inspired so many young people the 90s were dark times, because the 90s were full of crap radio djs in the 90s and 2000s were idiots and people without brains i think the time when LA ROUX entered the hot 100, and OWL CITY reached # 1 on the hot 100, was the perfect time when taste came back in the us i don't think Owl City and taste should ever be in the same sentence .

Also, Meidabase's April Fool's post combined with our April Fool's censors is so absurd lol.

MUSE – Madness: 39.961 (+0.250) :o
wow wow wow this song stills burn on radio+ itunes+amazon
back to the hot 100 yesterday i saw the video fo mirrors by JT and i thought of Katy perry video THE ONE THAT GOT AWAY
nearly the same plot, and of course the same director, the great FLORIA SIGISMONDI
maybe the video would help the song becoming # 1 on the hot 100
even in streaming-ruled times possible !

Apparently this marks a good week for a Madonna song to be at #3.

"Romeo & Juliet" is one of the most forgettable top tens of the 90s, up there with KP & Envyi's "Swing My Way" and Divine's "Lately," which actually went all the way to number one! 1998 was a weird year for chart watchers...

I always found it strange that if Billboard wanted to compile an airplay and sales chart in the first place, why would you exclude huge airplay-only hits at all? ???
