Per All Access, "Blurred Lines" is the first song in Mediabase history to be #1 in 5 formats in the same week. This week the song is #1 Hot AC, Pop, Rhythmic, Urban, and Urban AC. All Access has this wrong - though somehow that doesn't surprise me. "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" was actually the one to do this, and with 6 at that: Pop, Hot AC, Alternative, Active Rock, Rock, and AAA. So, BL is the second to even have 5 at once. Here's a board post from 2005 to that effect. (I wasn't sure if I'd be able to find one on here, but - there you go. :) )

^^ Good catch. Thanks. I've seen them make mistakes before, hence the disclaimer "Per All Access" before the fact.
