 - Hot Girl Summer will easily enter next week. If those two reggaeton songs somehow get a 21st week either of them could enter but that's unlikely.
 - Lizzo has Sicko Mode right where she wants it. She'll almost surely get into the top 10 in three weeks.
 - Senorita will probably pass the two songs in front of it next week, any higher will require a lot of stability which I think it won't have.
 - YNTCD will pass Me and make a leap into the top 40 next week where it will stay.
 - If Lover were to repeat its points for three more weeks it would fall just short of Tequila. This story looks like it'll end in sadness just warning.

Its rise on radio is too slow for it to make any serious play unless November 30th, 2019 is counted (and even then it will still fall just short).

Edit: I'm basing the "will fall just short" on fhas/rimetm's list. I have it as will make the list if that extra week is counted.

Good As Hell will be the only song out of the 5 toss up songs (Good As Hell, On Chill, HIGHEST IN THE ROOM, Ballin' & Lover) that has a decent chance of making it (according to fhas/rimetm's list). That puts Beautiful at #100 with November 24th counted and Robbery at #100 without November 24th counted.

On Chill & HIGHEST IN THE ROOM will fall just short by 1 week, but they will probably make the 2020 year end list anyways. Ballin' and Lover would fall short by 2 weeks and they'd most likely be caught between years.

I can see a few of the tossup songs making it in if billboard calculates differently or fudges the results. Are they really going to tell us that Miss Me More had more of a cultural impact than Lover or EARFQUAKE?

 - Lizzo has Sicko Mode right where she wants it. She'll almost surely get into the top 10 in three weeks.
 - Senorita will probably pass the two songs in front of it next week, any higher will require a lot of stability which I think it won't have.
 - YNTCD will pass Me and make a leap into the top 40 next week where it will stay.
 - If Lover were to repeat its points for three more weeks it would fall just short of Tequila. This story looks like it'll end in sadness just warning.
