1. Posts could look so much better for those who have a CSS editor, or are somewhat familiar with CSS, or have experience with TUMBLR. It could also make the Personal Charts section so much more visually appealing. See support.proboards.com/thread/470310/style-tag-plugin-support-thread for examples, but check out page four for the bugless script. I am all for this. The Pulse interface is so outdated. 2. Also, can we add Tumblr to the social tab in Profile? ** update for 1 & 2: 3. WYSIWYG for Quick Reply: support.proboards.com/thread/433970/plugin-quick-preview-wysiwyg-1 Imagine how much more convenient it would be when italicizing albums, quoting song titles, adding emoticons and images, etc. ** Also, I asked the ProBoards team for a "like" feature on the mobile app. Will modify as necessary as I read about recent plug-in updates. I did not know CSS styling is compatible with Proboards! I have literally no experience with it (outside of searching how to format things in html for here and finding I can't without it), but I would love to learn! (At the very least, I think I'd be able to get rid of those annoying gaps in my personal chart table, hopefully.) That has my full support!

Also (just making a separate post because my first one got +1'd and who knows if they'd +1 this too... lol): would WYSIWYG for Quick Reply replace the BBCode/plain text editor as it is now, or be a separate option? I skimmed through the linked thread but didn't find an answer (probably I didn't pay enough attention). If it's a replacement, or a new default, I'd personally be against it because I don't like Proboards' interpretation of WYSIWYG and find the BBCode editor much more convenient most of the time, but I can deal with it if most people want it. Just wondering either way!

Just wondering either way! I find the Preview version of the way to post something is really wonky and inaccurate as the spacing gets all strange sometimes. I wonder if there is a way to fix that. I prefer the BBCode/plain text editor for the most part.

I prefer using crt+i to italicize rather than typing out BBcode; the same goes for anything embeddable, tables, etc. Plain text is such a pain in the ass, and it's older than this board.

2. Also, can we add Tumblr to the social tab in Profile? I feel like there should be an easy enough way to do this, but 15 minutes of looking through various pages of code as well as searching the Proboards Support forum did not yield any success. I'll add it as soon as someone can figure out how, as there's no reason why there shouldn't be an option to enter a Tumblr link if there's an option to enter a YIM name. I just made a thread in the Admin forum for your other suggestions. Also (just making a separate post because my first one got +1'd and who knows if they'd +1 this too... lol): would WYSIWYG for Quick Reply replace the BBCode/plain text editor as it is now, or be a separate option? Just wondering either way! Yeah, I tend not to click the 'Preview' tab either because a couple times it's caused the page to freeze while loading and I ended up losing what I'd typed (I've since learned to copy-paste everything before hitting 'Preview', but more often than not, it's still more trouble than it's worth). I think that the WYSIWYG feature that Gold Soundz linked to could be very useful as an option that we could choose to enable on a post-by-post basis. However, I wouldn't want it to be enabled automatically, since (as you and others have mentioned), the Preview feature is not without flaws at this point.

I hate when that happens. I realized a little bit ago that you can still post the message. Then edit it if necessary. Or copy to a new post and delete the old one. This way you at least get the data still. And easier than having to copy every time you want to switch.

I still think adding a style-tag option would be a nice integration.

Personally scared of the MySpace effect, haha, but I think I'll try this out on the test board next week after finals/graduation.
