They never really formally announced anything (although following the pattern with the release from January, it would have been tomorrow). I'm guessing it'll be out on 6/9 (about 12 years to the day that "Bionic" was released).

I don't think the EP is quite as instant as the first one, but it does feel more cohesive. My favorites are "Brujeria" and "Traguito."

Literally... what are they doing? I'm guessing whenever the supposed third EP comes out they will tack it on as "deluxe" or something like that? This is messy, even for Xtina standards.

Dropping an album on a Tuesday with no promo is a choice for sure. I mean given her track record wit the Spanish EPs, does promo really do much for her? I assume a week long release won't get her high on charts anyway. So best to avoid a full tracking week. If it weren't for this thread, I wouldn't have realized she had these EPs and that her newest one was just released. Anyway. Just listened to La Reina and Cuando Me Da La Gana w/ Cristian Nodal and these are fire!! Really do wish these projects were more known. |

Ah, I get the release today. It's the cutoff for the Latin Grammys. I bet they are placing bets a full album, one titled "AGUILERA" nonetheless, will show up towards the beginning of the ballots. It'll all be a long-shot realistically, but the move makes sense.

Kind of a mess of a rollout with the “Aguilera” album release one day after the EP was released,nice to get another version of a song out of it although. Hopefully the 3rd EP still gets released although. I can see why Christina would go for the Latin Grammys nominations because Mi Reflejo got some nominations before.

I don't think her makeup photographed particularly well on the red carpet with flash, but my GOD she looks stunning in that video, particularly in the outdoor candid interview.
And side note - "La Luz" - the 3rd EP - is confirmed and will later be added on to "AGUILERA" upon release.
