I think Christina doesn't have any chance in the General Field categories (it's going to be between Bad Bunny and Rosalía in my opinion), as well as Best Urban Fusion/Performance, but she could have a shot in the Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album and Best Regional Song categories.

The Latin Recording Academy announced the nominations roster Tuesday (September 20), and the Pop diva – listed for work found aboard her second Spanish LP ‘Aguilera’ – earned 7 nods and tied music sensation Drexler as the night’s fourth most-nominated act. Only Bad Bunny (10), Edgar Barrera (9), Rosalia (8), and Puerto Rican singer Rauw Alejandro (8) nabbed more nods at the awards’ 23rd annual ceremony. And while Aguilera will have to wait until the show’s November 17 air date to find out if she’ll be adding any more Latin GRAMMYs to her collection (having previously won for 2000’s ‘Mi Reflejo’ album), honors for her 2022 don’t stop there. On September 29, the Pop superstar will not only perform at the 2022 Billboard Latin Music Awards but she’ll also be honored with the Spirit of Hope Award. So can someone make this less confusing for me: she's released the 'Aguilera' album and it was nominated for the Latin Grammys for Album of the Year however she still has to release the last six songs from the album (a.k.a. the last EP). How does that work?

It’ll probably be repurposed as a deluxe edition around the time the physicals are released. The EP was combined at the last possible moment in time for the nominations.

First performance of “La Reina”!!! Amazing performance!!! Love that she's embracing her Latin side, but really hate that she gave that speech in English when she's at a Spanish awards show to promote a Spanish album. Clearly she was reading a prompter, so she could've practiced a Spanish speech and read it off the prompter, too. |

^ That was a great performance! At first it seemed like she couldn't hear and was struggling with her ear monitor so I was worried it was gonna be a mess, but half way through she really went in. Congrats Xtina!
