I wouldn't go as far to say the song is "not good at all", but I do feel underwhelmed by this, especially compared to what R3HAB did for the "I Bet" Remix.

The dress wasn't "inappropriate" so much as just too formal for the event; even people invited to sing the NA at the Super Bowl dress down. A simple pantsuit or LBD would have sufficed. Her singing was fine - in fact I would dare say it was a good anthem - buuuuuuut if you are not a power vocalist I need you to stop doing so much physically to make it seem like you are fighting for those notes because that makes you look kind of ridiculous. Meanwhile when she started singing, half the room where I was watching was like "Oh, Ciara! I miss her though!" and I just had to sigh inside b/c it's ridiculous that she still is apparently a likable personality and yet people think she hasn't been making music since Go Girl or something. That's the crazy thing. For as much as she gets dragged online for it, most people don't even realize she's such a perpetual flop, that's how low her music's presence is IRL.  |
