Look at Mariah educating the masses! I think if Mariah puts out another compilation album, she should have it titled the School House Rocks Edition.

Time.com is calling her album title as 'the best album title of all time.'#Impactriah I hope they introduced her as the mega world wide iconic diva of our times and one of the most important women in music history, but I'm glad that Time is in agreement me with me that this is a incredible title. I think "Time" has a little bit more weight behind it and has a more of importance than those who dislike the name or call it awful. :) I think her video accompaniment helps put weight behind this being a good title. I think that childhood drawing helped put a tangible I can relate to this aspect that Mariah is missing when she markets at times. I think it was effective because everyone can relate to that moment of reflecting on an art project they did as a child.

Mariah is a role model for self-education. Considering she didn't finish high school, I am always impressed with the 25 cent SAT vocab words she drops, especially in her lyrics. I except more of that this time around, given the picture of her in the studio with the thesaurus next to her. LOL.

I do have to agree with TIME in saying she really could have sent an interesting message making that drawing her album cover. I actually find that drawing a more compelling reason to look into her album than the actual album covers. It really would have made an interesting ad campaign to see on billboards, in magazines, etc. I think flashing that artwork would definitely produce a good talking point for Mariah.

The video with her explaining the title really helps me like it, a lot. Sure, it's a mouthful... but it shows her creativity, and it shows she really dug deep from within for this album. The cover is bland, and the title is a mouthful, but she's Mariah... she can do whatever the hell she wants, and I respect that about her.

I've always wondered how she managed to build up her vocabulary since she's always been upfront that even during school, all her free time went into going into NYC and working on her music. Maybe she read on the bus?

I think it would've been better if it was just TEC and dropped the first part, but I'm buying anyway so I guess it doesn't matter. It's too bad "Triumphant" wasn't included on the Deluxe just to be complete; I had hoped "Almost Home" might be thrown on there, too, but I knew that was probably a long shot.
And count me as another one who would've preferred the drawing as the cover, but what they went with is okay. She looks great, I just don't care for the background.

I learn new words constantly from social interactions. I learn new words in forums like this as well.

Another name for a female singer. She is trying to teach you some SAT vocabulary right there ;). isn't it just French? It is a female form of the word: chanteur where eur becomes euse so: chanteuse like in vendeur - vendeuse voyageur - voyageuse :)

Well, for one her brother, sister, mom, dad could've helped her. Also, many artist, Mariah included have special minds(seriously), they release their artistic side from a very young age. With today's technology(cameras/Internet) we see it all the time going viral...of young kids doing miraculous things... Mariah has said from the beginning that she's started to sing from the moment she began to talk and she wrote lyrics very early on. I'm just saying, it is possible. Therefore, I believe her.

Hahaha Glad to see lambs providing some receipts to prove that Mariah is the queen and don't need to fake a drawn for publicity.

it's obvious they cleared up the 'am' part but she's not lying about the drawing.

if u compare the picture of the drawing in the magazin and the new one released today, the 'AM' in I AM MARIAH is scribble scrabbled in the first one.

^I was just going to say, why don't they have a banner up on iTunes already? ugh! Everyone else with pre-order album has one up. Mariah's doesn't even have a small icon on the front page. Well, it dropped in the middle of the week, and she doesn't have any promo going on. It would make more sense for them to wait until the week she performs on Today to have a banner.

I wonder why she didn't include the Inseparable remix along with the others.

I actually like the meaning of the 'Me. I am Mariah' part of the title thanks to that video... But come on, exactly who gave her the nickname of 'The Elusive Chanteuse'?... Herself?

Is it true that the drawing will be on backside of the album? That would be nice.
