I don't know how I missed that explanation for the album title with that drawing. I just watched it and I literally laughed out loud. I don't believe that story at all!!!! Dem Babies probably drew it mocking her, and she Beyonce'd their moment. Um, we've known about that drawing for at least 6 years (i.e. long before she was married and had kids).

Billboard Today in 1996, Mariah Carey followed up her longest #‎Hot100 hit "One Sweet Day" with "Always Be My Baby," which commanded the chart for 2 weeks: blbrd.co/1rYAbxk

I think the It's A Wrap remix will be a mashup of Mariah's version and Mary's on her 'Love & Life' album...

I always enjoyed "Its a Wrap" a soulful, old school vibe and fun, playful yet very classy sounding retro goodness!!!!!! and the fact after all these years we get the Mariah & Mary J Blige version is well worth the extra $$$ for the otherwise useless Deluxe version.

I'm hoping that both of those remixes are one of the ones that got all new production on Angels Advocate.

I don't really like Mary J Blige. I'm more looking forward to the R.Kelly duet.

It's still useless. Lambs already have The Art of Letting Go, so the $2.99 price difference for Betcha and Wrap don't make sense. Buy the standard version and the two tracks separate and save 60 cents.

SAVE 60 cents honey this isn't some *gasp* garden variety diva. I can understand if some want to save coin but 60 cents wont get me far at Tim Hortons or Starbucks forget about saving on Pinot.

I will totally give that 60 cents to Dem Babies great, great grandchildren. I will be happy to donate funds for their braces or college education.

The title is all kinds of ridiculous, but if the music's good, who cares. I already like three of the tracks, so good start there.

Not ashamed to say I just sat through that very informative video. I can think of a couple of threads in which you could share this.

Is this live or lipped? I truly can't tell... Either this was one of her all-time best lipped performances, or one of her best vocal performances in the last 6 years...

I thought that performance was partly sung, partly lipped and 100 % not even close to a good performances, I shudder at it when it happened. She has had better before, and after. The best part was the introduction before it when she received that award for being the most successful artist of all.

Has anyone here ever blown in a baby's face? Ever notice that they gasp for air because they can't breathe when you do?
I don't understand why she insists on having a WIND MACHINE during her live performances...I'm sure it affects her breathing!!!!

I'm strictly referring to the vocals; which sounded good (if live).

I think it would have done better than BB. She missed so many opportunities with E=MC² :'(

ISIL was clearly at least 99% live if not completely live. It was very good. I don't remember seeing it.

That performance of 'I Stay In Love' was arranged well with the live orchestra, but I believe she was already going through the miscarriage at that specific time.

I've always questioned that performance. It was too surprisingly good of a vocal during a time period where she routinely lipped significantly lower notes.
I think it's mostly (if not fully) live though. If she lipped, she did a Beyoncéesque job.

She needs that one truly good live performance to get people talking again and anticipating this album. I wish her first performance to promote this album wasn't a morning performance on the Today show. Her morning performances are usually the worst.

But I really think it's live, which is really impressive considering what she was going through at the time.

She really is one of the most photogenic people when she isn't doing her best to give us those statue poses.

EDIT: that performance was live, point blank period. Come on fellow lambs..we study Mariah's performances, that one is a live one.

Such an endearing picture of her. It would've fit the "Me. I am Mariah" part of the album very well.

That performance of 'I Stay In Love' was arranged well with the live orchestra, but I believe she was already going through the miscarriage at that specific time. Mariah said she didn't know she had miscarried until she went for a routine checkup a day before Christmas. This performance was in November. At the very least, she wasn't singing live for the climax of the song, from about 2:50 on.

Even though it is a pretty blatant WBT retread, I Stay In Love is still a jam.

Like Side Effects, For the Record, and of course her 19th #1 that never was, Migrate.
