It could be no more than his feature on Drake's "Take Care" album, for all we know. Honestly I'm just expecting a harmonica solo that way at worst I get what I expected.

I can tell you the most engaging part of this era for me was her candy bra/tub moment giving me Loverboy craziness!

New Song Title Revealed: "Supernatural" Posted by Jonny on Wednesday, 09-Apr-2014, 11:49PM EDT
As reported previously, Mariah appeared on ET Canada and Canada's etalk earlier tonight.
On ET Canada, Mariah revealed a new song title to host Rick Campanelli. "Supernatural" is a song she wrote for dem babies, and they are featured on the song. According to Mariah, Monroe sings the first line. See the video clip here. (Note that the video is not available in all countries.)
A tweet from Campanelli earlier today indicated that footage from the interview will continue to air throughout the week, so stay tuned!

Well, we knew about that title but now we know it's the song that features DEM BABIES, so...that's good, I guess?

She should take a page from the Madonna book. Madonna does not churn out the hits as well as she used to..but is a touring powerhouse. Mariah has enough of a great catalog that she should tour more often and make some bank..or set up a residency in Vegas, a la Celine. It would keep her in the public eye and be good PR for her. She probably couldn't do the humongous arenas / stadiums, but mid-size and amphitheaters. I would totally go see her if she did that.

Perhaps a small theater tour would work. But does she need money?! I don't think so. It would be more as you say for PR. Actually at a descent price I may go see her too. I'm not expecting her to dance (PLEASE NO!) because she just can't so I wouldn't even ask for it, but I would love an intimate show all about her voice (if she's singing well live these days... which I have no idea). Something nice almost acoustic would be great. For sure I don't want it to be a venue for her just to prove yet again to herself how sexy and girly she is and have her tits all over the place for the whole show... For that we already have all her videos.

Yessssss. I love rich people. There is a chance I might move to Tribeca. If so, I will be on the lookout for Mariah and Nick LOL.

^But, how much of it is "true* and not made up for entertainment purposes?? Clearly most of this type of stuff has a sensational slant...no matter what network or focus.

LOL. I sincerely hope no one is questioning just how rich and fabulous the Cannon family is. I know that level of money is hard for some people to wrap their brains around but it can happen when you work really hard and are the best at what you do!

Honestly, her best bet of trying to draw some attention to the album release is probably to give "Beautiful" another push at this point.

Relaunching #B is backtracking. I'm confident she has something, where the fuck is it though.

Yes- "kick off" the era with the "#B" remix video. Mimi clearly does not love performing, so it's unlikely that she would slip into full-on tour mode.

It's weird she has done all of the interviews yet not much info has been released. I assume the label is trying to get hype going, even if Mariah won't let any of the music get out. I am starting to have doubt about May 6, though at least JD keeps confirming it. Still, I don't know how much he actually knows at this point.

I don't get the point of listening parties that turn into cocktail / gossip interviews. They could be an opportunity to create online buzz about the album. I know it's not ready now, but then maybe the listening parties could've been moved to later. Seems all oh so messy

Seems all oh so messy Well, the "point" is more the label doing what they can to save face after Mariah pulls the plug on playing music. They were set up to help build buzz as you said, but then have to be turned into something else because Mariah won't play music.

Anyone else and the label would have said f**k you do it our way or take your non existent music elsewhere. This. I'm not sure Mariah realizes how fortunate she has been; the reality is she's only produced one truly successful album since she has been with IDJ, and she's delayed at least 4 of her projects since being with them (TEOM, E=MC2, Memoirs, and now this new one). That they still let her release random songs/videos like "Triumphant" and let her keep pulling these stunts is remarkable.

E=MC2 is still such a great album. I always have to listen to it once spring comes around because it always reminds me of this season. Such a light, breezy and fun album. Not a bad song on it.

I get how the lack of info is frustrating but I think people are way too quick to just hurl the blame at one party for this release. With so little information, it seems like pretty rabid speculation to blame this all on Mariah or all on JD or all on the label. Granted, I'm sure each of them have played a role in this rollercoaster but it's annoying to see people being like "MARIAH/JD/LABEL NEEDS TO CUT THE SHIT AND RELEASE THIS THING" like you are directly involved with this release. We don't know anything, so there's no point in yelling about who is to blame imo.

So I'm guessing the song Mariah recorded that had the three 2013 American Idol finalists doing BVs won't make the cut....that moment has definitely passed (or rather their moment has definitely passed...)

Mariah herself has directly stated on multiple occasions (via interviews and twitter) that she is the one who delayed the album last year because she wasn't done recording, that she hasn't even played the label the songs, and that she is still recording now (well, as of a week or so ago at least). So, actually we do know something.

Oh. They're not destined to be anything other than background singers (like Pia, Alison, Jessica Sanchez, etc.) so they very well could be.

A buddy and I hiked today, and we cruised to about an hour and a half of music going there and back. I saw him a few hours after our trip, and he was singing, "...and I can't pretend that doesn't mean a thing to me, to me." "#B" was the song that stuck with him. How was this not a huge hit?!?! Ugh.
