Well wouldn't a boycott mean it isn't available at all? The song is on Spotify and is even on their New Holiday Music playlist. It's a bit odd the song isn't on the Artist pages for Ariana or Jennifer, but I don't think that hurt streams all that much (how many Ariana and Jennifer fans don't realize the collaboration exists?).

The reality is Mariah clearly had a deal with Apple for this special and its soundtrack. That's where her team is focused, and of course Spotify isn't going to go all out for a song that has a deal with a different service.

I don't think there's anything unusual about other streaming companies (and competitors of Apple) not putting Mariah's new music front and center when she has an exclusive with Apple. It's you pat my back, I pat yours. Mariah gave her exclusive to Apple, so their competitors are not going to reward Mariah. Pretty typical business decision in these scenarios.
