Yes, this was sent to iTunes because SiriusXM got it and the label was kind enough to give us the stream for it too.

I like this one a lot. It reminds me a little of Tim McGraw's "One Of Those Nights". Love And Theft seem to score one big hit per album, so hopefully this will be a decent sized hit for them.

It took a few listens, but I'm really enjoying this song. The instrumental's and melody are extremely catchy. The lyrics, while not exactly earth shattering, work well for me overall. Simple little things like the progression of 2-3-4 in the morning with each passing chorus, and the hook I think is pretty good as well. It's Gonna be a hard to remember. Night that you'll never forget".
I still believe "Runaway" was their best single, but so far Love and Theft are 6 for 6 with me in terms of the singles I enjoy from them.

I like this quite a bit. "To the Left, To the Left, To the Left, To the Right" is stuck in my head.

I really like this song and them in general. "Runnin Out of Air" and "Runaway" remain favorites of mine. This song isn't very original or unique, but it's still a relatively pleasant listen. I've always been a fan of their vocals. It's too bad the third guy who was with them originally left. They all sounded great together. Anyway, I want this song to do well for them- they're really talented and deserve success.

I still miss the trio known as Love & Theft.
That aside, this is a slightly-above-average tune that has some potential. I agree with layne that the "to the left, to the left, to the left, to the right" line will get stuck in your head like crazy.

Official Music Video. :) Cameos from Parmalee, Joel Crouse and JT Hodges in this too. ;)
This is still among my favorites on the singles charts, though there hasn't been any posts on this song since around St. Patrick's Day.
It's been out for 14 weeks now but has been stuck in the 45-40 range on MB for 9 weeks now, with a #40 appearance a month back. This single has been another victim to the over clogged chart and new releases from superstars and promising newcomers alike. This has a good shot re-crack the top 40 this week with Craig and Justin heading for recurrent land and Gloriana falling below (tomorrow most likely) and perhaps Easton. It's got a slight negative bullet of 17 but nothing too worrisome. Time is quickly running out though for "Night That You'll Never Forget" to break through for Love and Theft.

These guys are excellent and really need to catch a break. They deserve a lot more "Angel Eyes" sized hits. I liked the video too and it goes well with the song. Love Parmalee.

Not a bad song, but like most of what I've heard from Love and Theft, it just doesn't elicit a strong reaction out of me. I never really find myself disliking any of their stuff, but I also don't get particularly excited about anything either. They're just kinda there for me, musically. "If You Ever Get Lonely" is the main exception - that song I just loved.
As for this song's chart prospects, I'm not sure if this is going to be a big hit for them. Their last two singles really didn't do all that well on the heels of their breakthrough hit, and this one doesn't seem to be breaking the trend.

Official Music Video. :) Cameos from Parmalee, Joel Crouse and JT Hodges in this too. ;) Atlantic/Warner Music Nashville artist Michael Ray is in the video too :) ETA: Saw Dee Jay Silver towards the end as well, and I'm pretty sure that co-writer Dallas Davidson is the guy in the hat at 1:19 having himself a drink! ;)

He's the one next to the person in the squirrel costume for no particular reason. There were more cameos than I thought.

Yep, pretty sure that's Maggie Rose laughing at Dallas Davidson at 1:19, and then at 1:26 that's Jana Kramer at the door (with a guy) just before JT Hodges and Joel Crouse show up.

This is still trucking along, but not really accomplishing to much. It slides 37-38* in week 17, getting passed by RaeLynn, Justin Moore and of course Jason Aldean. Songs take forever to peak these days, but I'm not convinced that this will end up really taking off. It's a really good song though, so I'm still hopeful that it will. Time is running out, though.

I know that if more people heard this song, they wouldn't be able to get it out of their heads. This is my favorite song right now and it deserves much more spins than it's getting...does anyone know why this isn't going anywhere?!

I know that if more people heard this song, they wouldn't be able to get it out of their heads. This is my favorite song right now and it deserves much more spins than it's getting...does anyone know why this isn't going anywhere?! I wouldn't quite say it's not going anywhere. It has climbed to #37 on MB this past week while it was #38 on Billboard. It's bullet has been better this week than some recent weeks as well, with over an 100 bullet on MB's rolling chart. It could move up one spot this week to #36 on MB with Tyler going recurrent but Dan + Shay and Randy are nipping at their heels right now. If they can maintain their pace the next few days, then #36 it shall be. If you look at multiple threads right now, this is unfortunately the norm right now for artists like Love and Theft. It's not about how good the song is (and I agree, this is one of my personal favorites as well) - it's about the heavy competition over the past two to three months. I think that RCA just hit some bad timing by releasing this single when they did. It's taken them 17 weeks to accumulate just 3.9 million in audience on BB and 4.4 on MB. Their in that cluster of songs in the 30's and 40's that are really moving at a snails pace (Jon, David, Kacey, Cassadee, Dan + Shay, Josh, Kip). They still have some time left here to get this song to a respectable peak but as we've seen, Easton and Gloriana were casualties of the clogged competitive chart and I suspect we'll see at least two or three more casualties shortly. Whether Love and Theft are one remains to be seen.

It makes the same move again this week, 37-38*. It had a really good update today though, and with a bit of a housecleaning on the horizon, this could be one of the songs that benefits from it. It's going to be a long, slow road though if this is going to become a hit.

It's going to be a long, slow road though if this is going to become a hit. It's up another .700 in audience on MB as well as it holds the #35 slot. The big break was last week when it got 14 new adds (I think it was Cumulus but I'd have to go back and check). Plus 3 more this week. It's now 19 weeks old though and has burnt a ton of weeks in the 30's and 40's, but "Night That You'll Never Forget" may have got it's break in the nick of time. I still don't see this becoming a big hit, but I do believe this is sticking around a little while longer.

I think this one might be done. It had a sharp drop of 69 spins and a loss of 256k in today's Mediabase update. It's bullet went from +148 yesterday to -13 today.
Last night marked its 20th week on Billboard, too, so I wouldn't be surprised at all if RCA decided a while back that they'd let it get to 20 weeks and if it wasn't showing good signs by then, then they'd finally pull it. I know it had a couple decent weeks but there doesn't seem to be much buzz around these guys, and this track has had one of the worst sales per spin ratios of any song on the charts.
Of course we'll need another couple of days to know for sure, but I don't think it's a coincidence that this fell so sharply at the start of a new week.

This was one of the most vanilla songs on the chart to me, so I'll be glad if it is indeed done. It's not bad, not good, just there. Not to mention the lyrics are pretty unoriginal too. I think these guys might spend the rest of their career living in "Angel Eyes" shadow.

I think these guys might spend the rest of their career living in "Angel Eyes" shadow. I actually really enjoy this song but it's chart run has been slow and uneventful to say the least. "Angel Eyes" was one song I was surprised ended up being a huge #1 single, and really one of the biggest hits of 2012. But then the follow up was released what seemed like an eternity afterwards and "Runnin' Out Of Air" huffed and puffed it's way to the top 35 and "If You Ever Get Lonely" had the same exact chart run. Now this song might end up having, once again, the same exact peak. Their best song was "Runaway" to me when Brian was still a member of Love and Theft.
