I never really thought of how much pressure she probably has every day of her life to look so beautiful/well put together. It just hit me today as I saw this picture on Tumblr. She's leaving the Gym... I get it. I really do...but like, c'mon. You can be seen in sweatpants or workout gear. Not everything about you has to be 100% perfect. This makes me wonder how she truly feels. That 'pressure' is self imposed (either from herself, or someone on her team). No one would think twice if she came out of the gym in Yoga pants and a tanktop. Come to think of it, she'd probably look radiant. So the 'pressure to look beautiful' is a conscious plan for her to have a certain 'image,' and not anything else. You obviously haven't seen the pictures posted on TMZ, Perez Hilton, etc. that slam "stars" when they are dressed like normal people doing things like shopping, running around, from the gym, etc. Taylor is definitely taking the smart approach here. It's not like she's ever given impression that she doesn't like looking sharp.

I do know of some stars being called out for looking ridiculously different than they do with/without makeup (Mila Kunis comes to mind), or for looking just plain disheveled. That I know. But what I'm saying is if she came out of the gym, took maybe 5 minutes to put her hair in a ponytail, and slapped some sunglasses on, I think she would look pretty hot still. There wouldn't be anything to slam. But again, she can do what she wants.

I think it's pretty obvious she likes/only feels comfortable when she is done up or looks presentable in public. There really shouldn't be any more discussion on that because well, it's her prerogative and no one else's. Rather a glamor queen than a slob. When she has that many lenses pointed at her on a typical day out, I don't really blame her.

When does the asian tour begin? I'm ready to be slayed with the short hair on stage.
It's so crazy how the Red era is still going and we are (presumably but most likely) getting an album this fall.

2x Platinum in China (presented to her before the show in Shanghai), highest sales for a Western artist in the past decade. Because of the canceled show in Thailand, they added a second show in Singapore and reserved the first 1000 tickets for Thai fans. The show (with only a two week heads up) sold out in an hour. Show at Saitama Super Arena last night in Japan. She caused a gigantic frenzy at the Tokyo airport when she arrived. Red is #1 on iTunes in Japan and "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" is #23 + 50 almost two YEARS after its initial release. It's only about 100,000 sales away from becoming the best selling Western single of all time there.

She always looks so perfect in everyday pictures and I like almost everything she is wearing. It is sort of a nice departure because a lot of the pop stars I like spend a lot of time looking tacky and/or ugly lol. Taylor is holding up the classy, cute side of things. Can't wait for the new cd.

So there is over a billion people in China and 40,000 copies of an album marks the highest sales for a westerner in the past decade? I thought maybe Avril would have done that at least.

This is going around twitter today on Taylor fansites From Rolling Stone magazine. I liked nearly all of Taylor's pop tracks.Yeah I was not 100% with "22" at first but it grew on me and is one of the best to listen to on "Red".So I know I'm gonna like whatever is coming for Taylor's next album. Max Martin Produced ‘Most Of’ Taylor Swift’s New AlbumPosted by Jacques Peterson on 06/11/2014 at 3:43 AM News Taylor Swift always walked a thin line between country and pop music up until 2012′s Red, which more or less marked the completion of her transformation from sweet country songstress to the biggest pop superstar on the planet. Fans who were hoping that the top-forty-friendly Red was just a phase for Tay Tay might be disappointed by her upcoming fifth studio album, with a recent article in Rolling Stone hinting that the record could be her poppiest work to date. “I Knew You Were Trouble” and “22″ hitmaker Max Martin has apparently worked “on most of” Tay Tay’s new album, while Scott Borchetta –who discovered Taylor and heads her label, Big Machine Records– said that he doesn’t expect country radio to play her new pop songs. “Taylor fans are going to love it,” Borchetta said about the new album. “Will country stations play a complete pop song just because it’s her? No. But when she comes to town, her friends at country radio will come and see her.” After climbing to the top of the musical food chain with the quadruple-platinum Speak Now and Red, you can’t really blame Taylor for not wanting to return to being a crossover country artist like Carrie Underwood and Kacey Musgraves — even if it does mean that her new tunes lack the charm of her earlier work. You know what would be perfect? If Max Martin made a bunch of country-pop fusion songs for Taylor just like his underrated Carrie Underwood production, “Quitter.” That’d be a win for everybody. popdust.com/2014/06/11/max-martin-produced-taylor-swifts-new-album/

Hated 22, but otherwise liked her pop stuff on the last album. State Of Grace is a damn-near perfect song.

The Max Martin tracks were massive bops. The great thing about this is that Taylor still gets to co-write so even if they're Max Martin beats, and the lyrics are Pop oriented, there are still aspects of it that are very Taylor. I'm hoping for some country influenced tracks, at least a couple. I don't want her to completely alienate country radio. They're not in the best terms and while they've been extremely supportive of her throughout her career and while she's pretty much at her peak worldwide, her core fans still need to be taken care of. Either way I'm super excited. Scott, Taylor and the entire BM team are incredibly smart.

I'd like Taylor to start doing the double release - like Shania Twain's Up - same songs but different instrumentation (in fact, for all three release - standard, country and international), they used different musicians. Taylor could release as Up (double album) or make pop and country versions available separately. If anyone could pull it off, it's Taylor.

If Taylor were to do anything special with this record, I'd want videos for the all of the record and MAYBE a "surprise" release.

Guys, this is going on in twitter. It's Taylor Nation calling active fans of TS for something in Los Angeles. It's obvious about album 5. I think it's for the people for the live chat (remember 13th august 2012, RED announcement?) And I read somethings in Twitter (just because of this, it makes it very doubtful, but whatever this got me crazy) - Ed Sheeran said taylor wrote every song so far for the album
- Taylor's Dad said that Album 5 is dropping in October (it was pretty obvious, eh?)
- One fan asked Taylor's Mom if there were another songs like "All Too Well" in Album 5, She said "Honey, Album 5 is FULL of them"
And this is was posted (and it's like the theme) of the Taylorswift.com webpage It might be nothing, but a few days ago this was very RED-ish. Well, Not anymore. If i know anything more, i'll post it here

Hated 22, but otherwise liked her pop stuff on the last album. State Of Grace is a damn-near perfect song. I'm the opposite- I love '22', but 'State of Grace' is my least favorite track on Red and one of my least favorite songs of hers in general. I just don't like it at all. The acoustic version is slightly more tolerable, though. As for Max producing the album... I knew this would be coming after the pop singles from Red were such smashes, and I'm torn. On one hand, I love Max and I think his material with Taylor is fucking awesome. On the other hand, I don't like the idea of Taylor abandoning country altogether. I mean, she had a nice mix of pop and country on her past albums, which is why they all worked so well. An entire pop album produced by Max Martin might be too much. I'm worried that this will hurt her sales, too; despite some people claiming that she's always been a pop artist and not a country artist, her music was played regularly on country radio stations and country fans purchased her songs and albums and went to her concerts...if she turns into a Britney/Katy/Kesha and completely ditches country music, those people aren't going to keep supporting her.

I highly doubt that Max is producing the entire album. Taylor is just too savy to completely abandon that country audience. I expect a couple of Nathan Chapman produced songs specifically tailored to country radio. I think we'll probably get 8 Max Martin songs and maybe 4 or 5 Nathan Chapman songs. Then add in maybe 3 or 4 songs with some new producers she's working with. I'm really hoping the first single is gonna be a multi format single more along the lines of "Mine" so it could go Top 10 on all her formats: Country, Pop, Hot AC, & AC. I really want her to have another #1 song on Country radio. She's basically had at least one every year so I want that to continue with 2014.

'22' was my favorite pop song last year but it's probably because I was 22. Anyway, this is all I care about right now.

I was hoping that this would be the album when all songs were written and produced by Taylor Swift. It's only a matter of time until she does that.
Selfishly, I wanted this album to have T-Bone Burnett and Ed Sheeran to be collaborators.
