"Smiling" and "Reckoning" are the only two tracks I care for. "Losing the Plot" is decent too, but falls just a bit flat for me in parts and that kept me from really getting into it. The rest of the album is okay, but forgettable.

I will listen to this But I doubt I will change my mind I do not like the songs so far because her voice has changed (for me) and it bothers me big time

I am extremely impressed with this album and I actually felt it was too short when "Pedestal" finished.
There's variety in the sound and subject matter of the songs without it sounding incongruent. Again, Alanis continues being an excellent mirror for the mental health tolls placed on us in our modern society.
"Nemesis" and "Losing The Plot" were very interesting wordplay and images while Sandbox Love is quite cute.
Other than the length, my only criticism is that the placement of "Ablaze" between "Smiling" and "Reasons I Drink" is very jarring, I think it would fit better somewhere around "Her" and "Sandbox Love." Moving it later in the album makes it a cohesive journey from coming apart at the seams to arriving at a place of knowing one's limitations and being secure and grounded to set boundaries.

Yeah, the only tracks I dig are “Smiling” and “Reasons I Drink.”
Jagged Little Pill, Uninvited, and some odd tracks I will always love, but her lyric choices and melodies really annoy me sometimes. It’s like she could make the songs much more catchy but she insists on using intellectual words. While that sounds silly, it just holds back songs from flowing better.

The album is solid, drags a bit and lacks super memorable tracks besides the opening 5 but I take it.

"Losing The Plot" has been sticking with me, the way the chorus opens into those pounding drums and rhythmic lyrics.

I expected the album to chart worse tbh. I'm just glad we have a new album after 8 years.

It’s why the Hot 100 only ever tells part of the story.

Still... I thought she had like 20 entries or smth
by the way
I did download the album some 5 or 6 days ago. Good thing is that her voice does not seem changed as i had an impression listening to videos/isolated songs
Bad thing is that I do not like any song in particular

Not even "Nemesis" or "Sandbox Love"?
I'm also a huge fan of "Losing the Plot" - I think it's an even better look into depression and insomnia than "Diagnosis"
About the Hot 100, even if you include the airplay-only hits and the Bubbling Under chart, she's only had 14 charting singles in the USA:
