An August or September release seems a little early for the album, unless "Love" climbs like the lead single from a superstar, which I don't see happening. I do think it will do very well though, but like many of the singles at country radio not sung by a select few, I expect it should take a bit of a slower climb.

has this gotten into the top 50 yet in airplay? On Billboard, yes. On Mediabase, no. On Billboard "Love" debuted at #56 and it jumped to #49 on Monday's chart ( see here). It's easier to crack the Billboard top 50, though, and that's because their chart is audience-based whereas Mediabase focuses much more heavily on spins. Jana was #53 in spins on Monday's BB chart but she has more big market daytime spins than the current singles from Kip Moore, Danielle Bradbery, and Leah Turner; hence why Jana was ranked ahead of them on BB. Also, I suspect another big reason as to why she isn't top 50 on MB yet is because of Clear Channel's infatuation with the Kenny Chesney and Sam Hunt tunes. In today's Mediabase update, 11 songs from #30 thru #50 lost audience. Basically it reads to me as if radio (mostly Clear Channel) is taking spins away from a lot of those songs and giving them to the Kenny and Sam songs. So with Kenny and Sam gobbling up so much airplay, it's tough for anyone below the 50 to enter the 50 right now. It's very possible that Jana could enter the MB top 50 tomorrow evening, though (although I haven't kept track of how many songs will go recurrent on MB tomorrow... sabre14 or rbundy1987 would probably have a good idea). If not, I am sure Jana will appear in the MB top 50 sometime early next week.

There's something about Jana's voice that caused me to really not get into her previous songs but I quite like this even though her style of twang still doesn't quite sit right with me. I also enjoy the video. She is beautiful.

The debut of Kenny's song along with Rascal Flatts and the ridiculous jump of Sam Hunt will be why. Luke's "Play It Again" is the only one to be sent recurrent, and that means there are a plethora of songs stuck just outside the top 50 as of today and just one will be able to crack it tomorrow (Kip Moore, John King, Leah Turner, Jana Kramer, Hunter Hayes). Kip, John, and Leah were top 50 on this week's past chart week. To be honest we really need a little bit of house cleaning soon.

We could be possibly saying goodbye to not just 1 song this coming Sunday on Mediabase but 2 that is if "Donkey" chooses to not wake up and smell the coffee it is about to be sent packing after such a short visit to the top 50 but also we will be saying goodbye to recent #1 MB hit "Automatic" by Miranda Lambert.

Kip, John, and Leah were top 50 on this week's past chart week. To be honest we really need a little bit of house cleaning soon. Well Jana placed #52 on MB this week. She also remained at #49 on Billboard as well. There's no two ways about it though, we need a house cleaning desperately. Jana has 1,366 points with 400 spins. John King sits at #51 with 1,400 points and 510 spins! That's an unbelievable number for a song placing #51. Jana's 2.1 audience on BB is also an impressive number for a song at #49. I like the slow steady gains that Jana, John, Leah, and Josh are getting but at some point I think we're in for a significant housecleaning in the near future.

There could be a house cleaning this week. Luke Bryan, Brett Eldredge, Craig Campbell, Miranda Lambert, George Strait, Parmalee, & Jerrod Niemann could all potentially go recurrent. For Luke he'd have to fall very hard so I doubt that happens, even Justin Moore could potentially fall below him, but 5 other potential fallers would be good right about now. I think that Brett & Miranda will be the only two to leave realistically but the other 5 are weak and faltering. I honestly would love to see all 7 leave this coming week. It'd free up a lot of space on the upper portion of the chart.

It rebounded to a bullet of 20 on MB and I don't see that single getting yanked on BB either. Jerrod could go recurrent on MB if he posts another significant loss in spins and points which remains to be seen. Brett and Miranda will obviously go recurrent on BB and Miranda will on MB. George might be sent recurrent on BB but he at least still has two more weeks on MB. Craig could go recurrent but he still hasn't posted a negative bullet yet but I still suspect him to lose his bullet and depending on how Brad and Billy do, he might go recurrent on BB. Luke's song is still going to hang on for one more week on BB too. All in all I think Brett and Miranda will leave BB for sure, and Craig could as well. George has a better than 50/50 shot to as well, but I'm really hoping he can pull a two headed rabbit out of his hat and stay on for a higher peak (unlikely). Miranda's the only one to go recurrent on MB for sure. But I think 2-3 weeks from now could be the house cleaning we are all looking for.

First off I highly doubt Parmalee leaves but they're old enough to and they had a negative week this week, if they fell hard enough 500k then sure I could see Billboard pulling them. More likely than not they're gonna stick around for another 10 weeks or so min. And yes I meant Billboard for all my predictions, I should've clarified that. I guess since I said Parmalee could leave I should include Eli Young Band as they've also been struggling and are eligible to leave as well. Honestly I only see Brett and Miranda leaving, but there's a small possibility that some of the others could as well.

Yeah, if they lose any audience, Parmalee is 'technically' eligible to go recurrent now that their song is past the 20-week mark. But I don't see that one going recurrent anytime soon (I honestly can see it being another slow climb for them into the top 10 if not #1). "Close Your Eyes" gained over 1.2 million on last week's chart before stalling badly this week but a lot of others stalled out big time as well, almost certainly because of the huge gains made by Kenny and Sam Hunt. I mean, most songs from 35 thru the bottom of the chart barely gained anything at all, with the obvious exceptions being Rascal Flatts (up 1.3 million), Keith Urban (up 900k), and Luke Bryan (up 800k for a #60 debut). If you take out those 3 A-listers, the biggest gainer below #35 was Dan + Shay who gained a paltry 379k and 43 spins. Big & Rich, Easton Corbin, Kacey Musgraves, and Jon Pardi barely hung on to their bullets. Even ZBB had a nearly flat week, and of course George did too. Chase Rice really slowed down as well and neither The Swon Brothers nor Eli Young Band had a very big week. There are just too many songs going up right now, with several from really big names, and with not many songs going recurrent the last couple of weeks, that really slows down the chart a lot. Bat as Kanenrá:ke said, we could be in for a housecleaning on Billboard next Monday, possible a multi-week housecleaning. Miranda and Brett should go recurrent for sure and there's a pretty good chance that Craig Campbell, Jerrod Niemann, and George Strait will leave as well. Leah Turner is another possibility but I expect her to re-bullet. "Play It Again" will probably get one last top 10 week but if it loses a minimum of 700-800 spins (it lost 547 this past week), it's possible that either Brad or Lee could bump Luke below #10 in spins and thus send PIA recurrent. Brad and Lee are going to need some more top 10 conversions, though. The Band Perry will take Brett's top 10 spot (or Craig's, if he collapses). It was just an ugly chart week with so many songs moving slowly and yet falling back positions despite gaining audience. Brothers Osborne's last 3 weeks have been 42-37-42, and Jon Pardi fell 6 spots this week as well. Jana had a decent week and was one of the few songs outside the top 30 that actually didn't fall back any positions.

so i saw on media-base that Jana is at 49 on the airplay chart. Now That makes me happy but i am slightly surprised that Hunter Hayes hasn't passed her yet, i thought for sure he would come out swinging with tattoo. I expect Jana to pass Danielle over the course of the week. Also i optimistic that this will pass "I hope it rains" peak soon.

Uhmm, I don't like to be the bearer of the bad news, but actually on the current Mediabase Daily Chart Hunter is already at #48 and Jana fell off the chart because of that. I still think Jana will move up again and will probably pass the peak of her other songs, but just pointing out that Hunter passed already, atleast on the Daily Rolling Chart.

No problem and I really do not see it as a correction. I just hope Jana Kramer can get a few hits off her upcoming CD. I don't want her to have just one solid hit and basically disappear. I want her to have more top tens (#1s would be nice) and join Why Ya Wanna as big hits for her.

Jana looks flawless in her new interview that she did for glamoholic.com here is the link to the photos and interview www.glamoholic.com/28/60.htmlit'll show a picture of Jana and to get further in the interview you just click next for the next page of the interview. my thoughts on the interview: I cant wait for this mysterious duet that she has in store for us! :) I love her work she does with Hearts2honduras, i think its so sweet. I hope the duet is with Adem Levine (because thats her dream duet) but i could see it being someone like Lauren alaina, Maggie Rose, Blake shelton.

Jana jumps 3 spots to #40 on tonight's Billboard chart. She did get re-passed by Justin Moore (which would have happened sooner or later anyway), but she managed to pass Randy Houser, and also gained spots from Blake, George, and Gloriana all going recurrent.
"Love" is sitting right at 3 million in audience...and 7 weeks to the top 40 is not too shabby at all for a newer artist.

The M&T song probably didn't fit what they were going for on their new album so they gave it away to Jana. On topic for this single, I hope it rises more. Jana's a great talent but also seriously one of the sweetest, nicest stars I've ever met.

Definitely not a big fan of her voice, but I really like this one. Arguably her best, maybe a tad behind "Whiskey" IMO.

When I heard this song for the first time, I honestly thought it was one of those interchangeable Z-list independently signed female singers that WATZ is so fond of playing (example: Sherry Lynn). This is just an amateurishly written song with nothing memorable about it and an instantly forgettable hook — "Love, I still believe in you". Wow, really strained yourself thinking that one up, didn't you? The best thing I can say about it is that Jana sounds as good on it as she did on her previous works.

Sometimes I think the most memorable hooks are ones that are simple and to the point, much like this one. This is the best female country song of the year IMO. Jana sounds great on it, the song itself sounds similar to the early 2000's country but still sounds modern at the same time, and the video is interesting as well. I love this song, and I'm really enjoying the message of the song, instead of the typical female hates men and gets revenge break up song. To me, that's what really makes this song memorable.
