Queen of the NFL and LIFE. Would die if she performed a half time one of these days. So they just spent $1.5 million to show that weird teaser??? WTH is going on? As previously stated, she likely got the gig due to her boyfriend's connections. That, and I doubt the NFL would make her pay them when they were promoting themselves. If anything, she got paid to do it or it was a free exchange for both parties. Literally this lol |

That's fine and all but they didn't let her perform the goddamn super bowl. Plus that deal got her in trouble with Clear Channel (lol). People always forget about her guest performance with Aerosmith for their halftime show, though, so she did get that much out of it.
I'd also argue to the death with "some" that that was NOT her creative peak. Pivotal? Yes, but nothing else.

Really random, but I have recently rediscovered Slave 4 U and damn, she was literal perfection in that video and performances. The song actually still sounds surprisingly fresh too at least compared to some of her older hits that sound very, very 2000.

After the commercial mess that was "Britney Jean", I expect the new album to be in the same vein as "Femme Fatale", in that there will be a lot of ready to go radio singles on it. Very commercial but distinct. Majority of album will be Max Martin and Dr.Luke show.

The days in the dance studio when she was wearing the work bitch opening outfit was shown in the second Super Bowl commercial that has her on for a second with dozens of other people. Guess she was filming that and maybe a commercial for the fantasy stage version?
