I really struggle with that being an achievement though, because on not one single is she alone. She's the it girl, and totally deserves the airplay, i just don't really think its as noteworthy as everyone is saying because she had a lot of help. Plus, time wise, she doesn't even sing one third of the song in Bang Bang. 

Break Free though ill give her credit for, even the back vocals slay!

I think AATB might have a chance to be #1 this week...it's ahead of SIO in sales, streaming, and very close in airplay (might even pass SIO by Wednesday as it's getting bigger increases). Would be nice if it can get a week or two at #1 before whatever song makes it to #1 next (seems like it could be Bang Bang, possibly).

I think AATB will definitely get the number one this week, also think that it'll get more than 1-2 weeks at the top and that AATB/SIO will be our top two for a while.

Never thought that radio will be the component that prevents a Katy Perry single from going top 20 on Hot 100. TIHWD is doing well in sales and streaming but with those airplay gains it doesn't have a chance. Hopefully it can maintain good sales until the airplay is on better level.

I could very well sing about a girl even though I'm gay. It's different when you write a song and put your own heart into it.

Wish a straight person could sing about the same sex without changing the pronouns, especially when just doing a cover. That's a crime towards the song.

Many songs are neutral in that sense though.
