Just realized Rather Be is out of the top 10. :( At least it managed to crack through for one week. Shame it didn't peak higher on the Hot 100, but I am glad it at least managed a week in the Top 10.

Just realized Rather Be is out of the top 10. :( At least it managed to crack through for one week. hopefully Break Free falls fast enough for Rather Be to reach #1 on Dance/Electronic Songs, although I doubt that will happen :( and don't get me wrong, I love Break Free but I do also want Rather Be to reach #1 on that chart... On a side note, no streaming/radio numbers for top five from the Billboard article this week? :s

Yeah I'm so glad Clean Bandit got their one chance in the top 10. I had a feeling it would only be a one week stint though!

What sources specifically are used for the streaming chart? The ones that I'm aware of are Spotify, Shazam and YouTube. Probably many I'm forgetting about though

Shazam isn't a streaming service, it's used to identify unknown songs.

Anyone care to make a stab and tell me where Carrie Underwood will land on the Hot 100 with Something In The Water? Thanks!

Chart Watch: All About That Transatlantic #1Meghan Trainor's âAll About That Bassâ tops Billboard's Hot 100 for the fifth week and vaults from #33 to #1 on the U.K.'s Official Singles Chart. Meghan, 20, is the youngest artist to have a transatlantic #1 hit since Lorde, then 16, reached #1 in both the U.S. and the U.K. in the fall of 2013 with âRoyals.â Trainor is the youngest American solo artist to have a transatlantic #1 since Christina Aguilera, who was 18 when she scored in 1999 with âGenie In A Bottle.â "All About That Bass" is the third debut hit to become a transatlantic #1 in the last 12 months. It follows "Royals" and MAGIC!'s âRude.â It's the first debut hit by an American act to become a transatlantic #1 since âThrift Shopâ by Macklemore & Ryan Lewis featuring Wanz in early 2012. Female artists lock up the top six spots on the Hot 100 for the first time in more than 15 years. Taylor Swift's âShake It Offâ holds at #2 for the fifth week. Iggy Azalea's âBlack Widowâ (featuring Rita Ora) jumps from #4 to #3. Jessie J, Ariana Grande & Nicki Minaj's âBang Bangâ (which has climbed as high as #3) rebounds from #5 to #4. Nicki Minaj's âAnacondaâ (which peaked at #2) drops from #3 to #5. And Tove Lo's âHabits (Stay High)â jumps from #7 to #6. This is the first time that female artists have locked up the top six spots since the issue dated Feb. 27, 1999, when the hottest hits were Monica's âAngel Of Mine,â Cher's âBelieve,â Whitney Houston's âHeartbreak Hotelâ (featuring Faith Evans & Kelly Price), Britney Spears' ââŚBaby One More Time,â Sarah McLachlan's âAngelâ and Deborah Cox's âNobody's Supposed To Be Here.â "All About That Bass" is the longest-running #1 by a female solo artist since Iggy Azalea's âFancyâ (featuring Charli XCX) had seven weeks on top this summer. Itâs the longest-running #1 by an American female solo artist in the lead position since Katy Perry's âE.T.â (featuring Kanye West) had five weeks on top in the spring of 2011. Trainorâs charming smash continues to lead all three of the charts that feed the Hot 100. It heads Digital Songs for a sixth week (202K), Streaming Songs for a fifth week and Radio Songs for a third week. Only one other songâPharrell Williams's âHappyâ has had six or more weeks at #1 on Digital Songs so far this year. âHappyâ led that list for 11 weeks. "Black Widow" moves up to #1 on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs, displacing "Anaconda." Minajâs smash had bumped Azaleaâs previous hit, "Fancy," from the top spot on that chart. No male artist has headed the R&B/Hip-Hop chart (even as a featured artist) since John Legend's âAll Of Meâ wrapped up a three-week run on top at the end of May. "Anaconda" tops the 1 million mark in digital sales this week.Jeremih's âDon't Tell 'Emâ (featuring YG) jumps from #9 to #7 in its 15th week on the Hot 100. Itâs the weekâs highest-ranking song by a male artist or group, a distinction that had been held by Sam Smith's âStay With Meâ for the past six weeks. Maroon 5 lands its 10th top 10 hit as âAnimalsâ jumps from #33 to #8 in its seventh week, in the wake of the Sept. 29 premiere of the songâs gory video and the groupâs performance of the song on Saturday Night Live on Oct. 4. Seven of those top 10 hits have come since Adam Levine became a TV star on The Voice, which debuted in April 2011. âMoves Like Jagger,â Maroon 5âs collabo with Christina Aguilera, entered the Hot 100 at #8 two months later. "Animals" is the Maroon 5âs second top 10 hit from its current album, V. Each of the groupâs five studio albums has spawned one or more top 10 hits. Three of the groupâs five albums have spawned two or more. Sam Smith's âStay With Meâ dips from #6 to #9 in its 26th week ⌠Ariana Grande's âBreak Freeâ (featuring Zedd) dips from #8 to #10 in its 14th week. Itâs #1 on Hot Dance/Electronic Songs for an eighth week. Clean Bandit's âRather Beâ (featuring Jess Glynne) drops out of the top 10 after a single week at #10. One Direction has this weekâs top new entry as âSteal My Girlâ debuts at #13. Itâs from the boy bandâs fourth studio album, boringly titled Four, which is due Nov. 17. âSteal My Girlâ is vying to become the groupâs fifth top 10 hit. Each of the groupâs first three albums entered The Billboard 200 at #1 and spawned one or more top 10 hits. Florida Georgia Line's âDirtâ and Jason Aldean's âBurnin' It Downâ both top the 1 million mark in digital sales this week. âDirtâ peaked at #11 on the Hot 100. âBurnin' It Downâ has climbed as high as #12. âDirtâ spent two weeks at #1 on Hot Country Songs. âBurnin' It Downâ has spent 10 weeks on top. music.yahoo.com/blogs/chart-watch/chart-watch-all-about-that-transatlantic-1-224309687.html

Yeah I'm so glad Clean Bandit got their one chance in the top 10. I had a feeling it would only be a one week stint though! Now my hope (although it probably won't happen) is that Rather Be would reach number one on Dance/Electronic Songs :( and I really like Break Free so I feel really bad for having to cheer on its falling lol :( Yeah I'm so glad Clean Bandit got their one chance in the top 10. I had a feeling it would only be a one week stint though! Me too! I would've been annoyed had it peaked at #11. Yep! Some of my favorite songs stalled at #11 for several weeks without reaching the top 10 (Best Day of My Life, Same Love) :( it's almost as annoying as my favorite songs stalling at #2 and not peaking at #1 lol Thanks. I wonder what others are used. Spotify Muve (Cricket Wireless) Mog Rdio Slacker Google Play Rhapsody Deezer YouTube Vevo Sony Music Unlimited I thought Vevo wasn't included...I remember from another thread how the numbers didn't add up with Vevo and the Billboard Streaming Songs figures so Vevo was ruled out... Holy s**t that was such a long time ago www.billboard.com/articles/news/1556781/billboard-expands-streaming-charts-with-seven-genre-specific-rankingsIt has since expanded since that article to include Deezer, Google Play and Sony Music Unlimited since they launched afterwards in 2013. I believe Amazon Prime is now monitored as well since they launched earlier this year. Vevo is via YouTube.

roughstock.com/news/2014/10/29861-top-30-digital-singles-october-1-2014/The Top 30 Digital Singles: October 1, 2014Posted by Matt Bjorke on October 8, 2014 Chart is anchored by Carrie Underwood, Jason Aldean, and Florida Georgia Line. Thereâs clearly âSomething In The Waterâ this week as Carrie Underwood takes home the top sales slot with her powerful and soul-stirring ballad. She knocks the dominance from Jason Aldean at the top of the Top 30 Digital Singles chart with the single. Aldean, though, has three singles in the Top 10 and six out of the Top 30. His buddies Florida Georgia Line have 3 tracks in the Top 10 with five tracks inside the Top 30. Aldean holds down the #2 and #4 slots this week with new single âJust Gettinâ Startedâ and âBurninâ It Downâ while Florida Georgia Line holds the #3 and #5 slots with âBumpinâ The Nightâ and âDirt.â Aldeanâs âBurninâ It Downâ is the starâs fastest-rising Platinum-certified hit to date. The same can be said about âDirtâ as itâll surpass Platinum this week. Top 10 Notes Kenny Chesneyâs âAmerican Kidsâ jumps back into the Top 10 to #6 and has scanned nearly 1,000,000 downloads. at #7 this week is the 600k selling fast-rising radio hit âLeave The Night Onâ from Sam Hunt. Blake Sheltonâs âNeon Lightâ surpassed the 200k sales mark this week, the same week Bringing Back The Sunshine sits at #1 on the album sales chart. Jason Aldean has the #9 slot with âTonight Looks Good On Youâ having sold 115k in two weeks (most of his iTunes pre-sale tracks have sold well over 100k, remarkable sales numbers for any artist, let alone a country music star. Florida Georgia Lineâs âAnything Goesâ rounds out the Top 10 with sales now at 81k after two weeks. Notable Track Notes Jason Aldeanâs three week old âTwo Night Townâ is at #17, Blake Sheltonâs âBuzzinââ with RaeLynn debuts at #18. Kenny Chesneyâs âAmerican Kidsâ sits at #12 while Luke Bryanâs âRoller Coasterâ is at #14 and nearly Gold. Another nearly Gold single, Frankie Ballardâs âSunshine & Whiskeyâ single sits at #16. Speaking of Gold and Platinum news, Lee Briceâs âI Donât Danceâ is officially scanned past Platinum while Dierks Bentley also scanned Platinum with his #1 hit âDrunk On A Plane.â Luke Bryanâs âPlay It Againâ is inching its way towards Double Platinum (itâs currently 189k away from two million singles sold). Outside The Top 30 Notes Sam Hunt âBreak Up In A Small Townâ at #33 with 117k scanned to date Scotty McCreery at #35 with sales up 7% over last week. âFeelinâ Itâ sold 10k and has scanned nearly 170k to date Eric Church âTalladega at #46 with sales increase of 42% (64k to date) Jake Owen âWhat We Ainât Gotâ at #47 with sales at 84k to date. Darius Rucker âHomegrown Honeyâ at #51 with sales of 52k to date Songs falling out of the Top 30 This Week Tim McGraw/Faith Hill âMeanwhile Back At Mamaâsâ Luke Bryan â âPlay It Againâ Blake Shelton/RaeLynn â âBuzzinâ Blake Shelton â âSangriaâ New singles that may debut next week Tracks from Old Dominion, Florida Georgia Line and Jason Aldean, Sam Hunt, Little Big Town Pre-Orders and Albums The Top 30 Digital Country Singles (10/01/2014)* *Chart features only songs within Mediabase Top 50 singles.
