"So Happy I Could Die" stays a career highlight. It's her most brilliant song to date.

I'm with Rose "Payola" Nylund, everything is pure gold on TFM. It's a matter of what is BEST and what's BETTER THAN BEST

I'm so happy she performed Teeth. Still can't get over what a great set list. Is there anywhere to watch the full concert? I couldn't stream it as I'm in Canada, and it's basically like living in North Korea. "Sorry, this video isn't available in your country".

The Coachella live feed should be available everywhere but you must watch it live then. It worked brilliantly in Finland

"So Happy I Could Die" stays a career highlight. It's her most brilliant song to date. I wouldn't say it's her most brilliant, but it's up there with Bloody Mary and Government Hooker and Applause for me. It's her best on TFM, and yes that album is pretty iconic. But BTW edges it out slightly for me.

"So Happy I Could Die" remains flawless and should have been a single. "Teeth" and "Speechless" are embarrassingly bad. And "Monster" is just eh.

Teeth was amazing at Coachella, it has the Joanne vibe, could've honestly been on that album

Monster is just eh!? I think not!!! Blasphemy!
The whole FM was a gem (except for maybe Speechless).

I *love* Joanne and "The Cure" is growing on me big time, so I'm gonna need her to put out a full blown pop album by the end of the year.

MONSTER ALEJANDRO TELEPHONE BAD ROMANCE
These songs need to be in all caps. It's still a complete crime that MONSTER never saw the light of day.

I really hope there's more pure pop from her coming our way. I'm gonna need a 5-6 song EP or something. Especially if 'The Cure' ends up smashing, they better have something in the chamber to follow it up with.

You know she's got a treasure trove of unused pop tracks that she revived/reworked - and maybe a few brand new ones - for a Joanne re-issue with new songs to coincide with the tour launch. I'd say just release a new album, but it's the Joanna Tour, so an expanded re-issue or an EP of some kind are probably more likely.
She has a LOT of concert tickets to sell before it launches. A LOT.

He ate my heart, he a-a-ate my heart
Monster is almost perfection - it's only slightly diminished by the fact that it's a blatant recycling of some key melodic parts in Bad Romance. It's a good recycling, though.
So Happy I Could Die though! <33333
There's not one bad or even mediocre song on TFM, I'm gonna have to go with Max on this one. Speechless stuck out like a sore thumb against the rest because it was so Elton - it really would have been more at home on BTW, when you think about it - but I wouldn't have scrapped it.

This might just be a standalone track to keep folks interested in her until her tour starts. Given the meh reception to Joanne, she may have just decided to move on.

She has a LOT of concert tickets to sell before it launches. A LOT. Bringing my point from the other thread here, just so it's clear. This is not true. Most of the dates either have no tickets available from the venue, or have the vast majority in a few (meaning one or two) selected nosebleed sections that were added later. The second Citi Field date is the only one that has a decent amount of regular tickets, but the majority are in the nosebleed 500 section. Some also have some VIP tier tickets left, but all of the good standard seats are gone. You tried it. Note: You need to zoom in on the maps at Ticketmaster to see which ones are on sale from the venue, and which are resale tickets (they're the pink ones, the blue ones are from the venue). If you don't zoom in, any area with a resale ticket shows up as blue. If they're resale, and also if you were looking at stubhub/vividseats/other resale sites, her side already got theirs.

The tour will be a smash. Let's just hope the bitch releases another pop smash after The Cure. I could see her KO'ing Katy this go round.

Monster should have replaced Alejandro as a single in my opinion.

Monster should have replaced Alejandro as a single in my opinion. So hard for me. I think Monster could have been a bigger hit, but I have always LOVED Alejandro from the first time I heard that bass drop in the non-demo version. It's iconic. The video sabotaged its chart performance (not that it was a flop at all, but it could have been a #1.)

Nothing can touch the perfect singles from TFM
Dance in the Dark would've been nice addition though

"Alejandro" is flawless and one of the best additions to her singles catalogue.

"Alejandro" is flawless and one of the best additions to her singles catalogue. I used to think of it as just an upgraded version of "Love Game," but you're so right. I recently revisited it and the production is gloriously full. Absolute jam.
