What happened to this incredible Canadian treasure? Her last album was 2001.... I know she's still touring, but not recording anything???

She's been trapped in a legal label dispute since her last album so she hasn't been allowed to record/release anything if I'm not mistaken.

Moving this to Nostalgia, since 1) She only ever hit U.S. CHR for a brief period in 1996-97, 2) As stated, she hasn't released anything at all since 2001...
