This song is an efortless jam! Love the vocals, the vibe, the production and the simple video. I enjoy the album version more. I was happy back than when it did great at urban radio after the underperformance of the first two singles.

I get annoyed by the repetitiveness of the "party-y-y-y" throughout the song, but I do like the rest of it.

Straight up jam. Love the vocal layering on this one. I definitely prefer Andre's verse to J. Cole's though. Was it some kind of record label issue keeping him off the single release?

Didn't Ye produce this? FIRE. I wish Andre would've been in the video, cause I didn't like J.Cole's verse.

I really liked this, probably my favorite single off the album.
If this were redone as a duet with Bruno Mars, I could actually see this being very successful. Not a massive smash, but top 10/top 5 on most formats.

I forgot how great this song was.
I didn't care for the single/remix version until now. I think J. Cole fits the song. His verse, or the first few lines, goes with the throwback vibe. The song is build off of the Doug E. Fresh/Slick Rick sample.

Has never done anything for me. I don't think it's catchy and I don't like the melody. Bey's vocals are cool, but I don't like the arrangement.

I wasn't that fond of the song when I first got the album, but I grew to love it.

This was my most played track off the album behind Schoolin' Life. It always got me in the mood before a night out.

I remember thinking upon looking at the tracklist that this was gonna be a CIL kind of uptempo banger lol.
LOVE it. One of my favorites.

From 4, released in 2011. Peaked at number 50 on the Billboard Hot 100.
This is among my favorite Beyonce songs. I still listen to it regularly.

The Homecoming version gave this song new life. If you don’t move your whole body when this version or the remix is getting played, something‘s definitely wrong with you.

Love it! This was one of my most played tracks from 4. 4 was such an extremely underrated album.

Love it! This was one of my most played tracks from 4. 4 was such an extremely underrated album. I love that 4 is getting its flowers lately. "Love on Top" being the top crowdpleaser moment of the Renaissance World Tour, plus 1+1, I Care and Rather Die Young all making the setlist, in addition to Run the World. "Party" is a great choice, love it. "Dance for You" is the one that's been stuck in my head lately.
