That pregnancy story is about as real as Niall's hair color and it's just out there to whet everyone's appetite. Who knows if he's going to be a dad or not. But I sure know you don't unless you are a personal friend of Louis, which I wouldn't believe you if you said you were. When I hear confirmation on reliable news, then I'll believe whatever the real story is. That also goes for Zayn and every other "controversy" involved with 1D. I've about had it with these 1D conspiracy theorists. They are about as bad as ones who rant about politics, aliens, or the apocalypse. |

I like it a lot but I'm surprised that it's so poppy; I thought they'd dive even more into rock/stadium sound since they've been progressively doing that over the years. A pleasant surprise nevertheless.

So which is it? -Has the group just been a means to launch Zayn as a solo artist? -Are more than 2 of the members gay and if they are, those two are a couple? Is it more than 2? Is it 3? 4? OMG. Are they all gay and they're in a weed commune or violent sex cult or a kiwanis club? -Why go through this whole charade of faking a pregnancy, somehow ending said fake pregnancy, then announcing, "SURPRISE! I'm GAY now!" on the cover of People Magazine? The whole "Yup, I'm Gay" cover story on People does not have the same cache that it once had. -And if one (or more) members are gay, what's the big deal? Other than dashing the hopes of some overly excited fans who may have wanted to be his/their babymamas/groupies, it's not a bad thing. EDIT: If Louis and Liam are a couple, what's the big deal? Let's be happy for them. |

This would be exactly why it's a big deal. 1D doesn't have major radio support, or even much of a sales draw outside of their hardcore fanbase. Which is primarily teenage girls that want to fantasize about whoever the 1 D is in the group they want to take for a ride. If this is in fact their last album, it makes sense to keep it all hush hush until after the promo blitz, they've got their coins, and Simon Cowell can rest easy. Tearing the fanbase apart before their farewell tour isn't going to do any good. |

They're already trying to drive the fans into a lather insinuating this is it and that's before the single was even launched. I think they'll definitely take a break after, the problem being the fans may not be there when they come back. Which is why this has to be pushed as their last album/farewell tour even if it's not |
