Oh god "Azillion." The lyrics are horrendous and playing right into the pervading thought that she can't rap.
The beat is very good. But the rest of the song structure is a mess.

Not when Azillion is better than literally most of The New Classic. Ugh, the first album was already FOR the label and with the intention to GET coin/mainstream breakthrough, the least they could do is let her do things more her own way this time around.. esp after all the bs she got in the past year. And why is the UK label still in charge, she moved out of there in late 2013, IK she first signed to them but that ended up not even being her biggest market during the era, I hope she manages to restructure her deal & fix that soon.. I knew someone from the inside also had to be sabotaging her after some of those career "decisions" post-Black Widow  Anyway the only thing now is that seems we won't get the Azillion video as they prob don't want to waste budget with her crazy ideas, it's tragic Iggy's not even allowed to fund it herself if she wanted. Not her still having to face all the 9438573 reasons she kept listing why she was extremely hesitant about signing to a major label during her mixtape days  Hopefully this means we'll at least be getting the first single sooner than planned. |
