What are her plans while overseas aside from that talk show?

I'm so stoked for Carrie's set at the Apple Music concert tonight; I'd never complain about any Carrie promo, but I much prefer when she does big events like this, rather than a typical TV/interview segment.
At least one new song would be nice tonight, (Aside from "Smoke Break," of course), but I'm still really excited to see her performance.
I'm not sure what her opening numbers will look for "Storyteller," but I wouldn't be surprised if she opens a bit on the lower end of the spectrum, due to the lukewarm digital performance of "Smoke Break."
Carrie is known for incredible consistency, though, so even if her opening numbers aren't great, I'm sure they'll at least be solid, and she'll likely be a staple on the album for quite awhile once the album/singles are released.

Her hits set set "all kinds of records?" From Wikipedia: Those all look like "best since" stats, not actual "records." It looks like the hits set debuted well relative to others, which is a positive. The new set should sell more because it's a new album, but "Something in the Water" had a bigger impact than "Smoke Break" looks to have, so that bridges the gap a bit. We know sales for all music have been trending down for over 10 years now, too, so that should be taken into account. I think another thing to do is to see the general pattern in her openings for studio albums: Carnival Ride - 527k Play On - 318k Blown Away - 267k Carrie is on a downward trend in that sense, like most artists. I think she'd do really well to open with 200k this time around. I expect something more in the 150-175k range.

This subtle vocal on DFTRM, though. She is otherworldly.

It was a great performance and I loved the set list. My only complaint is that new background vocalist - her voice just doesn't seem to match well with Carrie's, and her mic is always up so loud that it sounds like she's trying to outdo Carrie. If she's still around for the tour, I hope the sound guys at least turn down her mic a bit.

So I don't have the minimum 10.8.5 software to be able to download the latest version of iTunes so I can't watch it... It's posted to watch, and I can't watch!!! :(
I ordered the Mountain Lion software but I won't get it until tomorrow, and then I have to go through the whole process of backing my computer up and all that... I'm literally so upset right now. So please, if anyone is able to cap it, please share it with me. I don't know why, but more than usual I'm dying to see this!
Edit: Never mind! I just figured it out on my phone, watching now!

The plus side to being sick and not being able to make it to campus today: I got to see this LIVE! Woohoo! This show was freaking awesome. The setlist was different from what she did on the Blown Away tour, but was largely made up of the same songs. My only complaint would be that "Smoke Break" was the only new song she performed. I was hoping to hear "Renegade Runaway" since (I think) that is what is teased in the beginning of the "Smoke Break" music video. I loved that the 'Encore' included "Something In The Water." The stage set was simple but beautiful. I wonder if Raj Kapoor had a hand in designing the set pieces. A lot of the same video elements from the Blown Away tour were used, but the band risers were different. Anyways, I loved it. Her vocals were on point (but I didn't expect anything less). I definitely hope I get a chance to see her on tour, as I've never actually seen her live before. Only the BA DVD and now this performance. (Aside from the TV appearances and award show performances, of course).

Show was FANTASTIC. Vocals were some of her best, ever! I know we say that again and again, but she was consistently hitting notes that she doesn't always hit so perfectly. She had the crowd going, it was amazing all around! Glad I finally got to see it!!! Can't wait to see her live next year!
Also, it isn't Carrie's style at all to perform new music before it's released, so I didn't expect any new music other than SB... Which sounded PERFECT!

Wow, what a fantastic set from Carrie; she seemed to be having a blast being back on a big stage. Highlights for me were "Flat On The Floor," "I Know You Won't," "Little Toy Guns" and Wasted." There were so many notes that seem absolutely flawless for her now that she may have struggled with in the past, and I love that she does all these changes with the notes now. I think her vocals on "Wasted" and "Flat On The Floor" were some of my favorite from her, ever. Also, she was so cute tonight. The "This better not be anyone's story tomorrow" before LN had me

Even her strutting was superhuman:
No, but, seriously, this set is mandatory viewing for a Carrie fan. It's even better than her stint at the 2014 Global Citizen Festival. "Little Toy Guns," "Flat On The Floor" & "I Know You Won't" were especially powerful.

I also adored the acoustic version of "Don't Forget to Remember Me". I wish we got to see that side of Carrie more often - just her voice accompanied by a single guitar.

Great show, missing some of the songs I missed now. But yeah, that background vocalist has got to go. Loved the acoustic of "Don't Forget to Remember Me" and I really do think the "See You Again" mashup is neat. I almost feel like Wiz Khalifa should've used Carrie for the verses on that song instead of Charlie Puth, lol. I hope she does the SYA mashup on her next tour, and maybe even the acoustic DFTRM if they can somehow squeeze it in between all of the new songs she'll be performing and her previous hits.

Question!
If I get an Apple TV today, which I'm seriously considering, will I be able to watch Carrie's show? I know they have a channel for the festival on the Apple TV, but I wasn't sure if you could only stream the shows live as they're happening, not afterwards? It might be a silly question, but I was just wondering... This way, I can watch the show on a big-screen TV with surround sound :) Haha
I've been considering the purchase for a while, but now that there's a legitimate reason for me to get it, I may just run to the Apple store today and get one!

Keep in mind, the new Apple TV is coming out next month so you might want to wait!

It looks fancier, but it seems to have pretty much identical features... When I go today I'll ask. Thanks, though!

Probably not worth it, unless Siri and playing games on it are worth it to you lol.

I haven't played video games since middle school, and I don't even use Siri on my phone... I can't imagine using it to yell at my TV like a crazy person.. LMAO. Anyway, back to Carrie, she's getting amazing reviews across the board about both of her recent shows. I'm loving "Something in the Water" as an encore song, it kind of raps everything up perfectly in terms of a Carrie concert. It's the perfect song for Carrie to say thanks to everyone; she just emanates with joy and gratitude while singing it. You can tell she's truly grateful for every single second she gets to be up there on that stage, and it especially shows during "Something in the Water".

"Loose Women" interview:
Same ol', same ol'. Couple interesting tidbits, though: -Contrary to what was always reported, Simon Cowell wasn't at her wedding. (Not sure if that's something anyone cares about, tho? Moving on.) -When asked who else she'd like to work with outside of Country, she named Justin Timberlake. In the realm of British artists, she named Jessie J and Ed Sheeran.
