"Two Black Cadillacs" also needs to get taken off the set list. That one isn't really anything specia livel. And "Smoke Break" being in the encore is really lame. I'd swap "Smoke Break" and "Choctaw County Affair". SB would make a lot more sense towards the middle of the show at the end of an act. It just doesn't make for a good encore opener. CCA isn't the best encore opener, either, but I think it would make more sense towards the end as it is a little more bombastic. And if they were going for truly bombastic, "Mexico" would be a no-brainer - but I can understand that's probably a very tough song to sing at the end of the show, so I don't blame them for leaving that one out. Anyway, now that she has done a show and I have something to base this off of, here's my ideal setlist for this tour (keeping as much as I can the same as possible): Act 1: "Renegade Runaway" "Last Name" "Undo It" "Good Girl" "Church Bells" Act 2: "Cowboy Casanova" "Heartbeat" "Relapse" and "Chaser" mashup (trying not to ask for too much) "Jesus Take the Wheel" "Wasted" Act 3: "Blown Away" "Two Black Cadillacs" "Dirty Laundry" "Fishin' in the Dark" with tour-mates "Smoke Break" Act 4: - Dialogue about Isaiah leads into "What I Never Knew I Always Wanted" "All-American Girl" "Little Toy Guns" "Before He Cheats" "See You Again" Encore: "Choctaw County Affair" "Something in the Water" ETA: Is it possible they're planning a DVD release of this tour, too? I saw a clip with cameras circling the stage(s)... do her concerts usually have that? I realize it could be for promotional purposes, but these cameras looked like legit concert-filming ones.

I found this to be an unexpectedly powerful performance. In a show that is heavy on the tempo, this has to be a a really tender moment live.

Or if not a DVD, then a release to Apple Music, like what Taylor did with the 1989 Tour.

I actually think "Something in the Water" should've opened the show...at least that's how I imagined it in my mind lol.
I am just really upset that the "See You Again" mashup didn't make the set list. :(

Sold out show of over 13k last night. For comparison, the BA Tour opened to a sold out show of 7k.

jacksonville.com/entertainment/music/2016-01-30/story/concert-review-carrie-underwood-opens-storyteller-tour-mammothETA: I really am looking forward to seeing her in February, but if she doesn't sing Relapse or Chaser, I might have a Twitter meltdown. Just a few notes to add: the era is somewhat more boring than her previous albums, but I think changes in her personal life (Isaiah) have some degree of influence on this. I don't understand, for the life of me, why she hasn't been the musical guest on SNL yet. As much as her team is trying to "rebrand" her in terms of country radio, I don't see why she isn't being more active in marketing herself to the young adult demographic. #SNL

Pissed that there's no 'Relapse' or 'Chaser'! Why does she ALWAYS ignore fan favourites every album era?! Also, she has successfully omitted my favourite tracks from each album in concerts/live performances. So consistent, Carrie. And can someone PLEASE, unwrite 'Undo It'?! I found this to be an unexpectedly powerful performance. In a show that is heavy on the tempo, this has to be a a really tender moment live. Oh my heart..... First she was convinced to include this song on the album. Then she said she probably won't sing it live, but now she decides to sing it every night on tour with special personal segment too. Seems destined to be a single?

I thought for sure she'd be the guest this season. Maybe she will be, since it's not over yet. If not this season, then hopefully next season toward the end of this year.

picture rumored to be from a 'Dirty'Laundry' video Is this from a music video or a video that played during her performance on the tour? I remember the video that played on during The Play On Tour during "Undo It" and I was really hoping that would be the music video if that song got released as a single. They ended up using parts of the tour video in the actual music video for the song, but I still have the full tour video on my computer. Anyway, I hope the same happens with "Dirty Laundry". Definitely needs to be a single this era.

Storyteller sells 5,000 copies this week for a new total of 491,000.
1 million scanned is a long ways off when it's only selling 5k a week.

So, Carrie only got a Female Vocalist nom at the ACMs? I figured she'd get in Album. Wow. Album is an all-male category this year.
How did Miranda get in Entertainer again?!?! Seriously, what did she even have in the eligibility year?

I could be wrong, but I thought I remembered people saying only part of her tour counted for the CMAs, so I was assuming even less of it counted for the ACMs. And in terms of singles, she hasn't had any kind of hit since "Somethin' Bad," which fell under last year's ACMs. Still, at least a female made it into that category unlike Album.

Will current streams of older songs count told older albums now? I assume they won't retroactively count.

While I don't necessarily like this new RIAA certification thing, could this possibly push Blown Away to double platinum?

I'm sure streaming for the singles add a couple hundred thousand to the album's total... I wonder where "Some Hearts" is including SPS?
