The radio edit that I think was officially serviced cuts the second chorus and the bridge in half, and it ends on the second-to-last chord instead of the last. But I'd like to hear the edit you described. Sounds cool. :) EDIT: On this week's SiriusXM Hits 1 Weekend Countdown, this song leaps 14-3 on only its SECOND WEEK. :O If you are interested Verse #2 and part of chorus #2 Final chorus This is the DJ Mike D remix. I really do enjoy his pop revamps. This one is nice, but I feel like nothing will top his mix for "Somebody That I Used to Know". |

Don't think I've heard this station (the main one) play remixes of songs, minus radio remixes without swearing and rappers. I much prefer this version! |

Latest news from Kworb: They currently predict "Hello" will sell around 673,000 in its 2nd week. Should this figure be accurate come Monday, "Hello" will have already sold 1.785 million in 2 weeks. Let me repeat that again: 1.785 million. It's looking like this will already go 2x Platinum in its 3rd week. Incredible.  |

I am hearing this everywhere and nearly ALLLLLLLLLLLL formats of radio. We were shopping yesterday and it was in stores, in the car, in the place we ate. You name it and Hello was there. Even super big songs like those by Taylor and Katy didn't seem to be as wall to wall as this.

It is zoooming up the AC charts! I'm actually curious to see if it can make it to #1 this year. I mean it'll get there regardless but being November the AC format should be starting the process of switching to Christmas music. I don't think it REALLY hits until late November/around Thanksgiving but generally that kills basically everything before it all bounces back hard post-Christmas. I wonder if 'Hello' will have the momentum to sneak into #1 before all this happens or whether it'll be almost there before the annual wash-out. |

I distinctly remember tracking Halo's performance back in summer '09 (a miserably slow climb) and hoping it could manage to go all the way to #1. Don't Trust Me permanently blocked it with a spin peak of something like 8000 iirc. And it was #1. Now that's barely good for top 15. Crazy how much its changed in 6 years. |

i don't think those Lady Gaga stats will ever be duplicated. She had to have had a week long deal. But that's awesome tho, so not talking shit. Just wondering when the next huge superstar is going to appear. That was an insane week for sure.

Pretty much all AC stations are switched by the day after Thanksgiving. I don't think any way until Christmas Eve to switch. |

There's one AC station where I live that makes the switch to Christmas music on November 1, had a co-worker giddily counting down the days, the week of Halloween. Look at TV, Christmas ads and the Hallmark Channel showing Christmas movies on October 31. There's obviously an audience for it. |
