Without you tagging me I would not have known there was an entire section devoted to personal charts! I have only ever stuck to the Country section and hadn't drifted out to this part. It's nice to know that there are a lot of other people obsessed with charts like I am! I started creating my own Country Top 40 back in 1998 and it eventually morphed from opinion poll to a formula to 100% decided by the votes of any fan who comes my direction. As for your chart, I really like how you have designed it. I like the colors used, the pictures, etc. It is very "easy on the eyes!" I am thrilled to be the one to introduce you to the personal charts section! I have seen you posting about your chart in the Pulse Weekly Chart Thread every week for awhile now. So last week I finally investigated it and started participating :) I think you have a very cool setup, and it is so totally awesome that you have such a long-standing chart. There's so much history there!! You can count on me to come back and continue voting every week! Anyway, when I realized how much you like charts, I figured I would tag you in mine. Hopefully that's okay! I have never been a chart fanatic by any means, but I figured this could be something fun to start. So I have only been doing this since November. It is 100% opinion-based, just like how yours started out. Thank you for calling it "easy on the eyes"! I prefer charts that are visual and easy-to-read, so I try to make mine as such :) And again, I am glad you have discovered the charts section! If you end up making a thread to track your chart stuff, feel free to tag me in it anytime :)

Once I get a little extra time I think I'll start a thread with a little explanation about my chart. Once I start it up, I'll tag you so you know I've started. For now, I'm going to bookmark the forum and check out the personal charts of the country ones. Thanks!

Week #37: Dated July 10, 2016
#1 Song: Time for me to get caught up again! This week Eric Church manages to leap ahead and dethrone Martina McBride from the top, causing Terri Clark to stumble from the penultimate position once again. Billy Currington stays the same, but Kelsea Ballerini enters the top 5 due to Jennifer Nettles' continued decline. Carrie Underwood leaps George Strait, holding him at #7. Celine Dion and Maddie & Tae both finally taste the top 10. Cam and Trisha Yearwood wait just outside. Jo Dee Messina, on the other hand, leaves the top 10. She takes Tara Thompson with her on her way down, who seems to have started struggling just outside the top 10. Dan+Shay and Josh Turner both make their way into the top 20, although "Hometown Girl" is less than half the age of "From The Ground Up". Just outside the top 20 Jana Kramer begins to fall. Jake Owen and Keith Urban both enter the top 25. Hillary Scott, meanwhile, has quietly made her way to #26, and is on the verge of making the left-hand side of the chart very soon. Cassadee Pope, Zac Brown Band, and Joe Nichols enter the top 30. Everyone else in the top 40 has very predictable increases, as the overall song order stays the same. Sara Evans/Todd Chrisley, Chris Stapleton, Thompson Square, and Jerrod Niemann/Lee Brice all make the top 40. Blake Shelton makes a strong 4-position gain, while Chris Lane does even better and increases 7 positions. Boo @ Tara missing Top 10 and Jana missing Top 20! :'( But I love most of the upward movements this week, though, especially for "Peter Pan" and "Church Bells" making strides in the Top 10. I hope both make it to the top soon!

Peter Pan in the top 5 :)!! And Sierra in the top 10! The latter will probably enter my chart soon :) Also glad to see gains by Mayday, H.O.L.Y., and 80s Mercedes. Awesome chart! I would love to see "Sierra" enter your chart soon! I love all those songs you mentioned, so look for most of them to keep doing well :) Thank you! I have like 30 songs on my want-to-debut list, so I decided I need to be a bit more selective with my debuts this week Boo @ Tara missing Top 10 and Jana missing Top 20! :'( But I love most of the upward movements this week, though, especially for "Peter Pan" and "Church Bells" making strides in the Top 10. I hope both make it to the top soon! Yeah, I feel bad for yanking Tara from #12 :/ But she has done well enough to be pretty much guaranteed a spot in my year-end top 50 or so! And regarding Jana, I'm like one of the only people on Pulse who would have even considered charting that song, so #22 is a pretty good peak ;) Besides, it's time to start "Circles"!!!! Regarding "Peter Pan" and "Church Bells", I highly doubt you will be disappointed!

Week #38: Dated July 17, 2016
#1 Song:After weeks upon weeks of giving codyj100 heart failure at the sight of Terri Clark bouncing around in the top 3 but never hitting #1, it is time for her to FINALLY hit #1!! This is her second-historic #1 after "I Cheated On You" spent two weeks at the top a few months ago. Martina continues to hang onto #2, and Billy Currington manages to enter the top 3. Carrie Underwood, in her hurry, pushes Kelsea Ballerini out of the top 5, but don't freak out and get the impression that Kelsea is struggling. The top of my chart is SUPER clogged right now! King George spends a 3rd week at #7. Maddie & Tae leap from 10 to 8, holding Celine Dion at #9 for another week, allowing Trisha Yearwood to enter the top 10 this week.
Outside the top 10, Craig Campbell continues to do really well. His success pales in comparison to the force moving up just beneath him, however, as Reba McEntire surges around the not-even-struggling Sara Evans this week to land at #12. Cam unfortunately begins to fall. Inside the top 20, Josh Turner leaves Dan + Shay in the dust. The top 20 also welcomes Florida Georgia Line and Jake Owen, who sandwich the still-falling Tara Thompson at #19. Meanwhile Hillary Scott, Cassadee Pope, and Easton Corbin all plow into the top 25, with Cassadee slipping ahead of Easton. Craig Morgan enters the top 30, as well as Brad Paisley/Demi Lovato, who see a sudden resurgence after starting their run out sluggishly. The rest of the top 40 is not exactly noteworthy, with every artist gaining more or less the same amount. Just inside the top 40, however, Blake Shelton surges around Jerrod Niemann/Lee Brice and Aaron Watson in his jump into the top 40. Dierks Bentley/Elle King, Mickey Guyton, and Martina McBride all look hopeful to enter the top 40 in the near future. Chris Lane gets shoved back 2 spots in the wake of Martina and High Valley moving up rapidly, but he still manages to keep his bullet. Mark Chesnutt steps ahead of Parmalee and Old Dominion. The new debuts this week include Jana Kramer and Alan Jackson. Falling Off: Jennifer Nettles - “Unlove You” - Peak: 3 - Weeks On: 28Jo Dee Messina - “Will You Love Me (Live)” - Peak: 7 - Weeks On: 26New Entries:Jana Kramer - "Circles" - Debut: 49Alan Jackson - "The One You're Waiting On" - Debut: 50New Certifications:Eric Church - “Record Year” (Platinum)Maddie & Tae - “Sierra” (Gold)Trisha Yearwood - “Broken” (Gold)Craig Campbell - “Outskirts Of Heaven” (Gold)Top 20 Favorites:1) Hometown Girl - Josh Turner2) Summer - Cassadee Pope3) Are You With Me - Easton Corbin4) 80s Mercedes - Maren Morris5) Just Around The Corner - Martina McBride6) Church Bells - Carrie Underwood7) Undone - Joe Nichols8) Peter Pan - Kelsea Ballerini9) Sober Saturday Night - Chris Young ft. Whoa, what a pleasant surprise to see Terri at #1! I was definitely thinking it wouldn't get there, much like codyj100. There's so many immaculate songs in your Top 10. I'm very excited to see what else hits #1 in the coming weeks. <3 And omg that jump for Reba & Jenn! And "Circles" debuting, yay!

Great top 5 :) (and "Peter Pan" which is right below the top 5)
And "Reckless" is still green! Never thought it would hang on after hitting #1, but I guess it's not that surprising considering your love for Martina!

Week #39: Dated July 24, 2016
#1 Song: This week a previous #1 returns to the top, as Martina's "Reckless" continues to prove its staying power. In so doing, she gets to spend the week of her 50th birthday at #1!!!! What an accomplishment, and happy birthday Martina!!!!! Billy Currington steps up to #2, and Carrie Underwood leaps up to #3. Terri Clark falls to #4 after hitting the top last week. Martina back at #1 :) I didn't realize she's turning 50 this year! I thought she was younger for some reason...
Nice to see Billy, Carrie, and Kelsea inching their way up to the top as well! As much as I love seeing "Reckless" at the top, I hope they don't get blocked from the #1 spot!!! Sad to see "From The Ground Up" start falling though.

As much as I love seeing "Reckless" at the top, I hope they don't get blocked from the #1 spot!!! Sad to see "From The Ground Up" start falling though. Well that would obviously be a natural thing to assume, considering the natural youthful radiance which she still exudes in both appearance and vocals ;) But if you think about it, she is a part of the Tim McGraw/Kenny Chesney/Toby Keith/Trisha Yearwood/Shania Twain/etc. generation, all of whom are at or very close to 50. Regarding "From The Ground Up", I consider it to be a good song. But at its position on the chart, it is surrounded by an army of great songs! So I am not sure if it has peaked just yet, but it does not seem to have much life left, unfortunately. On top of that, it is already 21 weeks old, and the average chart run on my chart is like 15-20 weeks. A climb into the top 10 would take another 9 to 10 weeks considering how clogged my chart is right now, and I definitely do not like the song well enough to keep it around here for 30 weeks. But we'll see if it can at least regain its bullet next week!

When there's too many songs you want to get to the upper tier of the chart, you have to let some go. That happened just recently on my chart when "Chaser" started falling. So I guess top 15 would be the best that "From The Ground Up" will be able to do if it manages to regain its bullet.

Amen to what fearlessarrow said about her age! Wow, I didn't know she was turning 50 this year, either. Would've never guessed that! Nice to see her spending the week back at the top then given the occasion. ;) Love your two debuts this week!

This week Martina is unseated from the top once again, as Billy Currington snags his first #1 hit. Carrie holds steady in the top 3. George Strait enters the top 5 for the 2nd time, and he and Kelsea Ballerini round it out together. Maddie & Tae move up to #6. Terri Clark moves backwards to #7, holding Celine Dion in place at #8. The top 20 welcomes Joe Nichols, Josh Abbott Band/Carly Pearce, Easton Corbin, and Hillary Scott. Dan + Shay continue to fall, and Keith Urban starts to fall, and both acts exit the top 20. In the top 30, Maren Morris leaps Brad Paisley/Demi Lovato to land at #26. Chris Young, Chris Janson, and Sara Evans/Todd Chrisley all enter the top 30. Fantastic Top 5! I love that Billy Currington's earworm of a smash is at #1, too! Very nice seeing Reba & Jenn land in the Top 10 also. Great group of songs moving into the Top 20 and Top 30 this week. And that jump for "Circles"!!!

I haven't commented on this for a while, sorry (I am only commenting on the songs I love) I love seeing Billy Currington at the top, very nice to see. I just like the song a lot. Nice to see Kelsea Ballerini in the Top 5, she is really talented and "Peter Pan" was my second favorite track off her debut album. "Sierra", also one of my favorite songs on the radio. Please make the Top spot. Hoping Craig Campbell can make your top 10, and at the very least the country top 40. That'd be very satisfying. Despite my overall distaste for Easton Corbin's music as a whole I really love "Are You With Me" as it suits his voice very well. "Thy Will" is amazing, Hillary Scott's vocals are perfect, nothing more. Shame "Summer" won't be a hit. But I love the song a lot. Such a good blend of country and pop. "Castaway" is a massive guilty pleasure. "80's Mercedes" may not be that country but it's a great song regardless of genre. "Without A Fight" is so catchy and Brad Paisley's guitar work is awesome. "Lipstick" better be a hit all around. I love the song a lot and it always puts a smile on my face whenever I listen too it. I also love songs like "You Make It Look So Good" which despite a bland production, sounds rather nice. "A Little More Love" is also a massive guilty pleasure and I have never understood the hate for that song. "Circles" is a great mid tempo ballad, it's a shame Jana Kramer killed all her momentum but at least they released one of the better tracks off her album. "Roots" and "Vice" are both great songs for me as both sound great. I also hope both become hits. Finally, I am a little bit ashamed to admit it but I love "Saltwater Gospel" and "Long Live Tonight", both just sound really great. Overall great chart bboat11, sorry for going on a long speech and for not noticing your chart beforehand.

Billy at #1 :) It's probably gonna take some time before it climbs my chart but it'll get there!!! Martina's still holding on strong!
I've been wanting to chart "Are You With Me" for a while (but I haven't had the chance to...) so it's great to see it doing really well on your chart! The Lost Frequencies song "Are You With Me" (which samples Easton's song) hit #1 on my chart last year though.

Week #41: Dated August 7, 2016
#1 Song:This week the #1 position is once again held by Carrie Underwood, making "Church Bells" her 3rd straight #1 in a row. (Fun Fact: This one has moved just a little bit slower than her last one, as "Heartbeat" hit #1 for the first time in its 17th week. It went on to spend 3 weeks at the top.) Kelsea Ballerini moves ahead 2 positions, matching the #2 peak of "Dibs". Will "Peter Pan" make it to #1 and become her biggest hit on my chart? Martina McBride meanwhile spends her first week without a bullet with "Reckless". "Sierra" brings Maddie & Tae back to the top 5, and George Strait stays in as well. Celine Dion and Reba McEntire both make excellent progress deep within the top 10. Last week's #1, Billy Currington, takes a huge tumble from #1 all the way to #8. Trisha Yearwood is forced to stay at #9, but Terri Clark's recurrence allows Craig Campbell to enter the top 10.
The Brothers Osborne hover on the outside of their second top 10 single. Sara Evans finally begins to make progress again. Josh Turner, however, is hindered by the sudden speed of Florida Georgia Line. Just inside the top 20, Easton Corbin manages to pass Hillary Scott. Cassadee Pope and Craig Morgan enter the top 20 for the first time. Brad Paisley has a huge jump from #27 to #21. Meanwhile, Josh Abbott Band/Carly Pearce have a misstep. Maren Morris passes Zac Brown Band on her way into the top 25, and Chris Young/Vince Gill land right behind them. Sara Evans and Todd Chrisley look ready to do the same next week.
Runaway June, Chris Stapleton, and Blake Shelton enter the top 30. Keith Urban is in freefall mode, coming in at #32 after only falling to #21 last week. Martina sees a fabulous 3-position jump up to #36, while Jana Kramer does even better leaping from #40 to #35. High Valley manage to leap Mickey Guyton. Mark Chesnutt and Old Dominion both make the top 40. Miranda Lambert passes both Parmalee and Alan Jackson to land at #41. Aaron Watson continues to fall. New debuts this week come from Trace Adkins, RaeLynn, and Toby Keith. Falling Off: Terri Clark - “Just Add Water” - Peak: 1 (1 week) - Weeks On: 28Dan + Shay - “From The Ground Up” - Peak: 17 - Weeks On: 22Chris Lane - “Fix” - Peak: 43 - Weeks On: 5New Entries: Trace Adkins - "Lit" - Debut: 48RaeLynn - "Love Triangle" - Debut: 49Toby Keith - "A Few More Cowboys" - Debut: 50New Certifications: George Strait - “It Was Love” (Platinum)Josh Abbott Band ft. Another great chart bboat11! It's nice to see Carrie sitting on top with "Church Bells." Loving that "Vice" and "Just Around The Corner" have seen significant jumps within the last week. Also, the fact you have debuted Toby's new single here on your chart is refreshing. I do like the song ("35 MPH Town" was better, IMO...but it's a great song, nonetheless) but I doubt it will make a dent on the official charts. I'm glad to see he is receiving recognition over here.

Love seeing "Church Bells" hit the top! I hope that it and "Peter Pan" can each have a few weeks at #1. <3
Nice seeing "Sierra" crack the Top 5, and for Cassadee and Craig to make the Top 20. Great moves for Brad P, Maren, Chris Young, Sara Evans, Runaway June, and Jana Kramer, too. And I love the great start for "Vice" and seeing RaeLynn's new single debuting!

Week #42: Dated August 14, 2016
#1 Song: Carrie Underwood begins to take a rapid fall, allowing Kelsea Ballerini to be propelled to the top. Due to the relative softness of the top 5, Martina McBride manages to regain her bullet and climb back to #2. Maddie & Tae scootch on up to #3, while George Strait proves he wants to keep climbing into the top 5. Not benefitting from the wiggle room in the top 5 caused by Carrie's descent, Celine Dion and Reba McEntire/Jennifer Nettles are forced to stay in the same position as last week. Billy Currington falls out of the top 10, however, allowing room for Trisha Yearwood to move up and Brothers Osborne to leap Craig Campbell and land at #9. Outside of the top 10, FGL manages to pass Sara Evans, holding her at #12. Jake Owen also makes a surprising leap, pushing Josh Turner backwards. Hillary Scott picks up the pace, zooming around Easton Corbin and shoving Joe Nichols backwards as well. Outside the top 20, Chris Young leaps Zac Brown Band. Sara Evans/Todd Chrisley enter the top 25. Chris Janson waits for his chance to do the same. Josh Abbott Band/Carly Pearce almost fall completely out of the top 30. New to the top 30 is Martina McBride, who leaps Thompson Square as well as the already-struggling Blake Shelton to become one of the greatest gainers on the chart. Jana Kramer also leaps Blake as well as Dierks Bentley to land at #32. High Valley, Mark Chessnut, and Mickey Guyton all overcome Jerrod Niemann/Lee Brice, forcing their duet back 2 positions and almost out of the top 40. Old Dominion and Miranda Lambert are both new to the top 40 this week. New to the top 50 is Lauren Alaina on the eve of her presumed OTV announcement, as well as Ronnie Dunn's new song ft. Kix Brooks. Falling Off:
Keith Urban - “Wasted Time” - Peak: 20 - Weeks On: 16 Aaron Watson - “Bluebonnets (Julia’s Song)” - Peak: 40 - Weeks On: 9 New Entries:
Lauren Alaina - "Road Less Traveled" - Debut: 48 Ronnie Dunn ft. Kix Brooks - "Damn Drunk" - Debut: 50 New Certifications:
Martina McBride - “Reckless” (2xPlatinum) Carrie Underwood - “Church Bells” (Platinum) Celine Dion - “Breakaway” (Platinum) Florida Georgia Line - “H.O.L.Y.” (Gold) Jake Owen - “American Country Love Song” (Gold) Josh Turner - “Hometown Girl” (Gold) Top 20 Favorites:
1) Circles - Jana Kramer 2) Hometown Girl - Josh Turner 3) 80s Mercedes - Maren Morris 4) Sober Saturday Night - Chris Young ft. Vince Gill 5) Peter Pan - Kelsea Ballerini 6) Are You With Me - Easton Corbin 7) Long Live Tonight - LANco 8) Saltwater Gospel - Eli Young Band 9) Vice - Miranda Lambert 10) Song For Another Time - Old Dominion 11) Undone - Joe Nichols 12) Damn Drunk - Ronnie Dunn ft. Kix Brooks 13) American Country Love Song - Jake Owen 14) Make You Mine - High Valley 15) Everybody We Know Does - Chase Rice 16) Lipstick - Runaway June 17) Love Triangle - RaeLynn 18) It Don’t Hurt Like It Used To - Billy Currington 19) A Few More Cowboys - Toby Keith 20) You Make It Look So Good - Thompson Square .indulgecountry, Daryl the Beryl, sabre14, someguy, Zeebz, gardyfan, bigfan101, trebor, Kanenrá:ke, raylatch98, Sean, sbp17, castleoblivion26, fearlessarrow, @jakelmmrs44, mrck, @nickv1025, codyj100, trustypepper, chicken077, stonemc06, Fan Voted Chart

"Peter Pan" at #1!!! I'm so happy :)
"Reckless" is back up to #2... I wonder if it could climb back up to #1? Or will "Sierra" get there first?
Nice to see "21 Summer" make it to the top 10 as well!
Great chart as always!

Love seeing "Peter Pan" at #1 and seeing "Reckless" at #2! Fantastic. Also, the debut for the new Ronnie Dunn song makes me smile. I am in love with that song. I can't stop listening to it.

And yeah, y'all probably feel like "Reckless" is the song that just won't go away... I need to get rid of it before "Just Around The Corner" catches up! Lol. I've been meaning to comment again on these for some time now. Awesome work as always! :) Really appreciate all the time you put into these! Thank you very much for your appreciation! :) It's my pleasure! YAS!!! PETER PAN IS #1!! Week #43: Dated August 21, 2016
#1 Song:After weeks upon weeks of being so clogged that nobody can move, the top 10 finally sees some movement. Martina McBride and Maddie & Tae both get caught up in the housecleaning, as well as Carrie Underwood. With absolutely no pressure coming from behind, Kelsea Ballerini easily hangs onto the top for a 2nd week. George Strait also leaps ahead to claim his very first top 2 hit. Celine Dion enters the top 3 as well, with the biggest non-country hit my chart has seen. Reba and Trisha both move up, but do not get to reap the benefit of Martina and Maddie & Tae falling below them this week. Craig Campbell moves up to #9, allowing Florida Georgia Line to get their second top 10 hit with "H.O.L.Y.". Outside of the top 10, the movements are largely linear this week. Sara Evans waits at #11, and Jake Owen at #12. One notable surprise comes from the Brothers Osborne falling out of the top 10 to land at #13. Chris Janson takes "Holdin' Her" to the top 15. Martina McBride has a great week pressing deep into the top 30. Another excellent weeks is awarded to Jana Kramer, whose "Circles" is absolutely on fire (it is dominating on my favorites chart as well). Also new to the top 30 is Thompson Square.
The top 40 is extremely soft this week. Blake Shelton continues to fall, and Dierks Bentley surprisingly begins to lose spins as well. Old Dominion are given a huge jump deep into the top 40, as well as Miranda Lambert. Jerrodd Neimann and Lee Brice are forced to stay at #38 for another week. Parmalee and Eli Young Band both enter the top 40. Tim McGraw manages to stay sandwiched between the powerful duo of Eli Young Band and LANco. Alan Jackson, off to a seemingly slow start, manages to stay ahead of Trace Adkins and RaeLynn. Ronnie Dunn has a spectacular leap into the top 50. New debuts this week include Terri Clark with one of her best recent album tracks and Kenny Chesney ft. P!nk with their new smash hit. Falling Off: Billy Currington - “It Don’t Hurt Like It Used To” - Peak: 1 (1 week) - Weeks On: 29Josh Abbott Band ft. Carly Pearce - “Wasn’t That Drunk” - Peak: 18 - Weeks On: 16New Entries: Terri Clark - "Feelin' Pretty Good Right Now" - Debut: 49Kenny Chesney ft.
