Leading in to #1, Ryan mentioned that Lukas Graham are the first EVER act from Denmark to hit #1 on the U.S. Pop chart. I was racking my brain trying to think of other Danish acts who have charted in the States. I'm guessing there haven't been too many. I could only think of one -- Aqua, who charted a couple times the late 90s with "Barbie Girl" and "Turn Back Time".

At the start of the show Ryan said something that never had happened on AT40 was gonna happen with the #1 spot, I'm assuming he meant that 7 Years was gonna get #1 without Ibiza having a week but it has happened before with "Team" and "Come And Get It." So whoever writes the script for AT40 is very lazy and can't do a little research  |
