Wow, Christmas 18 > Christmas 19 ? Actually... no, but it's really close. I just looked at the graph really fast so it seemed to me that 2018 was bigger. Christmas '18 (December 21-27): 674,727,634 for the top 200 songs of the week Christmas '19 (December 20-26): 675,712,194 for the top 200 songs of the week

December 19-25, 2018: 718,508,670 December 19-25, 2019: 701,202,215. The 2 days after christmas for 2018 above really skews the data in favor of 2019 as theres a big drop off in streams after christmas

Is there a list anywhere that compiles the top.10, 20 artists each week on Spotify for overall weekly streams of their catalog of music? Or is it only what we get now per song, not artist?

Apparently I Like Me Better has reached a billion streams So I've just one question: Why Adult contemporary crosses over weirdly well to non-Anglophone countries, and it was a sleeper hit so people didn't get super sick of it?

Some 4th of July annuals reentered the US top 200 today. But interestingly, so did a lot of old songs not associated with the holiday. They are, however, songs I heard on the radio a lot in the last two days as an insane amount of stations switched to "throwback weekend." I kind of hope this becomes an annual tradition because these spikes for musicians like Tom Petty, Fleetwood Mac, John Mellancamp, CCR, etc. is really fascinating to see!

Pretty impressive for Juice WRLD considering the pretty mediocre reception of the singles.

Pretty impressive for Juice WRLD considering the pretty mediocre reception of the singles. How did the singles get mediocre reception, I have literally never heard anyone hate on Righteous and Life's a mess and Come & go also seem to get good reception. The only song that got mediocre reception was tell me u luv me.

I was talking about NUMBERS as Spotify is all about NUMBERS.
Tell Me U Luv Me didn't even debut in top 40 on Hot 100.

It still baffles me how Tha Carter V was so big in the US as everything Lil Wayne has released himself since then has been totally irrelevant in comparison. (I know he's on What's Poppin remix but he definitely is not making it a hit).
