Is Light It Up the lowest peaking song to chart all 20 weeks on Hot 100 charts or no? Anyone know? Thanks. It peaked at 73.

I have a feeling the One Dance video is going to drop very, very soon. They've been filming it for well over a month now. And Cheap Thrills is dropping in sales and streaming already. It is still remotely possible for One Dance to return to #1.

Unlikely, but with a discount "This Is What You Came For" could make itself a contender for #1 either this or next week, correct? I believe Calvin has discounted his songs in the past. Anyone willing to give some insight on what kind of boost would be necessary for it to happen?
Also "Can't Stop The Feeling" could be in play again?

I think TIWYCF will be very close to Cheap Thrills this next week (~1k points) and it could definitely take the #1 with a discount. TIWYCF probably only needs 10k more sales than estimated by Kworb to take the #1 this week. I don't think CSTF has any chance to return to the top. Also, depending on Cold Water's streaming figure it could challenge for the #1 as early as this week actually. I mean it needs like 26m streams, but it isn't impossible. |

The One Dance video is pointless at this point. It's not gonna return to #1. Even in the UK were it was massive it dropped from #1 to #5.
Then again Justin Bieber dropped a Company music video months after it had already flopped.
TIWYCF is really close to #1 but without some sort of discount or promo I don't think it's gonna make it.

Cheap thrills in the US isn't exactly strong competition (already dropping in sales and streaming) and the Major Lazer song will have an inevitable second-week drop. This weak competition in the US is exactly why a music video for One Dance can make all the difference. It's not like it's competing against the likes of Uptown Funk or Hello. |
