I randomly revisited Try This yesterday after not listening to it for at least five years. I still believe it’s her best work to date and incredibly underrated. I wish she would go back to this sound - or even Funhouse - as her output over the last five years is just not doing it for me.

Funhouse is the last album I want her to recreate/visit again as it didn’t age well, and honestly didn’t leave a lasting impression on me. With Try This, I did enjoy the risks she took with that album. I just want her to keep trying new things, especially since her vocals have improved by miles since those days.
That being said, I honestly think those days are done. P!nk will most likely keep releasing songs in the same vein as her last few, and will try to be as successful as she can on her remaining supportive formats (AC and HAC). They don’t even try the pop format anymore. I feel like shed move to country music if she could. I don’t think P!nk is in a rut, but purposely releasing these types of songs. She knows what she’s doing.
I would love to see some side projects from her, but I honestly think edgy/left-field P!nk has left the building, under her moniker P!nk, at least..and we will get soft pop hits from her going forward. As unfortunate as that is. I would love to be proven wrong, but if you think about it, just how long has she been releasing the same formula? Sigh.

Performing on Fallon on Monday! Are we sure it’s a performance? I ask because I read that it’s an interview...

💗 trip down memory lane! :)http://instagram.com/p/CO5nxWnKavL Rare footage of P!nk on Queen Latifahs showShe’s been a female empowerment queen since the beginning. Putting men in their place. I love how she says, like my hair colour makes me any less of a person (in so little words). 👑 ps- men can be such dicks. Just sayin.

The 100 Greatest Song Bridges of the 21st Century: Staff Picks
92. P!NK FEAT. NATE RUESS, "JUST GIVE ME A REASON"How It Starts: “Oh tear ducts and rust/ I’ll fix it for us” The Part You Definitely Remember: When P!nk wails “We’ll come clean” at the end of the bridge, it’s as if the dam in their fractured relationship bursts, and every hurt comes spilling out as they long for a fresh start. Why It Works: In a song that’s filled with he said/she said, the bridge is the climactic turning point, where the two characters finally start talking to each other instead of at each other, and realize they can move forward. -- MELINDA NEWMAN

❤️ From the screening at the Hollywood Bowl, she also did a min-concert before the show. 💕

Uh oh. Bitter Xtina fans are here.
P!nk is allowed to feel any way she wants to. She was asked a question, and she answered it. No where did she sound bitter, she’s a mother now and has different priorities. She always felt that way during that time, and obviously she’s not bitter cause she performs with the same amount of clothes. She was a Tom boy, and was not used to being sexy or being looked at in that way. And if we’re talking about the spin the bottle question, there was no insult, she just has a young kid to think about, and her and Xtina love each other (she just expressed her love for her in a recent interview). Plus, that question was cringeworthy at best coming from a man.
And no, she isn’t pregnant. 🙄
Edit: Full interview. yup, no bitterness there.
(4:13 onward) And, here’s the interview saying good things about Xtina. Stop reaching.

I enjoyed the documentary! Her kids are so precious and I love how real she is with them and her feelings about them.

Me too! :) The documentary just made her even more loveable. Her family and career are her whole world. I cried a few times, especially after her GITA recap at the Grammys and that letter from a fan. It was also cool to see how much control and ideas she has. 💕 Shes really such a phenomenal performer and so versatile performance & music wise, vocally, and this shows how well she does IT ALL. When she was sitting at that meeting after the show, it was so nice seeing her in this boss role that we never see behind the scenes. And what a fantastic mom she is. I can just imagine how I’d be if I had a mother like that.

She was offered the Super Bowl Halftime in 2019.
Sounds like she’d still possibly come around to it eventually, but yeah. Damn. Still dying to see that happen.

I'm saving the documentary to watch after the Billboard Music Awards tomorrow, but I'm really looking forward to it. (Thank goodness for long weekends, haha).
She continues to be my favourite pop artist, probably ever. I'm really loving "All I Know So Far", and I think it's probably the best music video she's ever made. It's awesome to see her still being so authentic, 20 years later.

I just watched the documentary and I loved it, it's triumphant and entertaining. I have always respected and loved P!nk for her artistry and conviction but seeing her as a mum, doing her best to allow her children to be themselves - what a gift. It's brilliant how she balances the grueling tour life on the road and being a parent. I love how reassuring she is with her children. Her worries about Willow's introspective nature are so relatable. I was moved by how patient and supportive Carey is. The road to Wembley and all the behind the scenes were fascinating.

I wonder what came first, the special Billboard achievement award or the concept for this live album?

I actually really enjoyed the documentary. I thought it was interesting to get such an intimate look at her family dynamic.

Documentary was wonderful and empowering. I know that’s her life now.
Can’t wait to see her continue to excel over the next 22 years. Keep selling out stadiums, queen.

Don't get me wrong, Bishop Briggs is good and "River" is a fantastic track, but P!nk went and snapped on that track better than Bishop ever could.
Excited to dive into the documentary at some point this week!
