Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Viper Strike set the record for least points received for a song on any album rankdown we've done so far. Over 2/3 of the contingent put it last.

Not surprised to see Viper Strike & F.W.Y.T. at the bottom. One of them is pretty much 3.5 minutes of background music and the other one has some bad lyrics. I thought Chicago was decent though.

AllMusic listed "Viper Strike" as a standout track on the album lol. They commented, "They're (the band are) better at insular, churning darkness, and oddly, they excel at earnest trash that recalls peak Stone Temple Pilots: "Serotonia" and "Viper Strike" both hail back to (STP's) Core in their profane swagger."

In defense of Viper Strike (since I ranked it highest at #4), it stands out memorably rather than being just another forgettable album track.

I don't know why but I really enjoyed FWYT.

FWYT was one of the few tracks from this album that I remember favorably. The instrumental is nice to listen to, and the sparse lyrics are nice, since so many tracks from this album are terrible lyrically.
Case in point, Viper Strike is legitimately one of the worst songs I've heard from the past year.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Viper Strike set the record for least points received for a song on any album rankdown we've done so far. Over 2/3 of the contingent put it last. 17 is a new record for fewest points, although When I Became a Man still holds the record for highest percentage of last-place votes (7/10 vs. 8/12).

Both my bottom songs make early appearances. yeah...Those two stunk. "Viper Strike" is a cool title for a song, but sounded nothing like I wanted it to.

Side note: what do you guys want the third single off the album to be? There aren't really many obvious choices.

Happy that my #1 made Top 4.
Serotonia is a decent track, but the "I just wanna be naked And masturbate all day at home" lines drag it down for me.

Postres reminds me of Queens of the Stone Age - go with with flow and would totally be my choice for next single.

Serotonia is a lyrical masterpiece.

Whoa, For Billy at #8? Definitely think that should be the next single. Serotonia and Wolf are too badass for radio.

"Serotonia" not going top 4 is a bit surprising, but I can't say that the top 4 is entirely undeserving, either.

Wow I'm shocked Seratonia isn't higher, thought either that or MYNIH would likely win. As others have said it's an amazing song and I did rank it my #1 because of how much the two singles have burned on me, but there are some...awkward lyrics in it, even though I get where it's coming from and think that some of the other lyrics are quite good.
Regarding singles, For Billy would probably be the safe choice but it's just so boring and forgettable, I kept forgetting it was even on the album. They would probably get a reliable top 20 hit out of it, maybe top 10 based off momentum, but if they wanted to do something riskier I'd like to see how a radio edit of Seratonia would do. They'd have to cut out much of the build up and make the song structure much more conventional, maybe even speed it up a tad, but I'd be very curious to see how it would do and it would be cool to see my 3 favorite songs off the album as the 3 singles.

I don't see what's so bad about those lines. Sometimes I just wanna be naked and masturbate all day at home. You got a problem with that?

I don't see what's so bad about those lines. Sometimes I just wanna be naked and masturbate all day at home. You got a problem with that? Same but it's just said so bluntly and matter of fact. For the record I have more of a problem with some of the Hollywood lines, the references just feel so out of place and forced.

Thinking about Johnny Stevens masturbating naked alone makes me think dirty thoughts. Johnny Stevens is just about the hottest guy in rock music right now.
Just wanted to share that.

color me surprised at Dr. Indie not putting the 80s cover at #1 It didn't do the classic justice. I also didn't think the actual singles are the best songs on this record. "For Billy" was the one I really liked.

Please don't judge me for my album suggestions, half of them are jokes Time for me to start suggesting Angelic 2 the Core, Graveyard Classics IV: The Number of the Priest and Suicide Silence's self-titled album then

Will set up the next poll later, may need to retract my least cumulative votes rule since that wouldn't be fair to albums that just got on the ballot.

Great Top 3! Not surprised to see that My Name Is Human won, not complaining at all.
