This really DOES remind me of Colbie Caillat's style! Which gives me feels because in a few days it'll be exactly a decade since Bubbly was released :'( Holy shit, I'm old.

This reminds me of Sheryl Crow. I am getting a little bit of Sheryl plus some Paula Cole with a hint of Natalie Merchant.

This song feels completely effortless. I think that's what makes it so good. It just feels so natural for Miley.

I don't know why but this is giving me 1995 Jewel teas.
This kind of song works well when you connect with the artist I got zero connection from Miley. I felt she was just going through the motions and that part was not Jewel like. Good song but didn't get into it because of her cardboard soul and emotion.
This is the song it reminded me off

I've listened to this a couple of times and don't feel too strongly about it at this point, but I do like the production. I love the guitar during the chorus. This should be a grower.

It's very good but her musical career is completely incoherent.

I like what she tried to do with this but I'm not completely sold on the song. I can see initial interest taking it to top 20 but not much more.

Great song, hope this begins the eventual death of:
A. Electronica/Trap B. One named artists I can't pronounce C. The worst state the Top 40 has been in since Rap/Rock

It's very good but her musical career is completely incoherent. Has it ever been? Meet Miley Cyrus Breakout The Time of Our Lives Can't Be Tamed Bangerz None of these are the same. The only similarities at all are between her first two, but I'd argue that Breakout was more acoustic than MMC.

It's very good but her musical career is completely incoherent. I liked it quite a lot on first listen as implied above, but after 5 listens I will have to say that this is BY FAR the best song she has ever done. I completely love it. At first I thought it might be better sung by Lana Del Rey, but infact I will have to say that I love Mileys vocals on the chorus here. She totally nails it. If you had told me at the beginning of 2017 that Harry Styles and Miley Cyrus would release two of the best singles of the year I would have been rather shocked.

Bangerz did what CBT tried to do - separate Miley/Hannah forever. I applaud her for continuing to challenge herself. Clearly, TV was a big step in leaving the tongue-wagging/twerking behind - that wasn't going to work for her for long.

I'm here for the new Miley. If this is what the album will be like, I expect to get some nice ballads.
P.S. Let us appreciate the underrated masterpiece 'Hands of Love'

I like this but it has such a familiar, I've heard something like this before feel to it that it wouldn't surprise me if someone sues for stealing their song.

I am loving this now too. At first I found the verses a bit too long/clunky, but now I find them beautiful. I love the melody and how she goes up a note on each line-- it's very classic, but somehow new.

Hats off to Miley on this, for both the song and video. She nailed her comeback by doing something unexpected and different but soooo Miley.
I hope this does really well for her. My guess is it's going to be around for a while.
On a side note this reinforces why Miley was the top mouse at Disney Step aside Selena and Demi

I loved the Wango Tango performance, it's really refreshing to see her perform more naturally. It also reminds me that she is a great live artist.
