Yeah, that was probably her worst video ever. She spent all of her last era showing a more grown up image and then she literally looks 8 here. And not just the scenes with her playing the child. They should have had someone else playing the parents/coach if they really wanted this concept, because she really doesn't pull it off.
Sucks because I love the song.

I love the song now and love the video so, I'm all here for it. Yeah, I actually hated this until I watched the video. It just clicked. I love the aesthetic of the video along with the new meaning it brought to the song. |

Yeahhhhh I'm not hopeful for this. It's a super polarizing song, so it's not surprising at all that the callouts are low, but that doesn't make me any more hopeful for its success on radio. Hopefully "Fetish" sounds more like a hit.

Yeah not surprised it is getting bad callouts-it is one of those weird, polarizing songs that usually get fairly bad feedback at least at first. I wish radio would give it a chance especially since sales and video views are so high, but this might peak right outside the top 10. I have a feeling Fetish will be a safer, more generic song anyway.

Not surprising. It's a pretty polarizing song with the strange vocals, weird rhythms, and quirky instrumental. This is why I just can't get into it, and I really tried. She sounds very affected and contrived. It just doesn't sound natural coming from her. I also hated "Good for You" for the same reason. I don't know what she's trying to do, but it's just not authentic [to me]. I'm hoping "Fetish" will tame down those "strange vocals" a bit. If the whole album is like that, no ma'am. |

Fetish is coming way too early imo, if anything it should be coming out on the 21st or 28th. |
