Partition did really well for a song that didn't have any #1 rankings.
Crazy in Love should feel ancient at this point, but it's still a great song. She's had a lot of great songs since (and she had a lot of great ones before CIL with Destiny's Child), but there's something about it that she hasn't been able to replicate completely (and not for lack of trying, as we saw with Deja Vu). I don't think she's chasing this sound anymore, but I wouldn't hate it if she did a couple songs like this again.
Also the 50 Shades version remains one of the few good things to come out of that franchise.

Shocked (but not bothered) that "Partition" made it all the way to #2. Did not expect it to even make Top 10 initially.
Also, rather unsurprising to see "Crazy in Love" run away with the win. I knew it would be one of the few ones nobody would rank super low.

Wow, what a great Top 5! I never thought "Partition" would make the top 15, let alone be #2.
I loved this Rankdown. I thought the top 3 would be 1. Halo 2. Irreplaceable 3. Crazy In Love but I'm fine with the results!

That's a great #1. Her first solo hit is undeniable and its probably one of the most fun songs she's ever made. I was hoping "Naughty Girl" would be top 5 but I'll settle for top 10. Great for "Partition"!

Aww I'm sad to have missed out on the Beyonce rank down as this was the one I most wanted to do.  I wish I discovered this section/thread much earlier but oh well. I would have ranked "Crazy In Love" at #1 so I'm super glad it's there.  I'm really surprised about "Partition" making it all the way to #2.  |
