The wait between Unapologetic and ANTI wasn't only long, it was a confusing and messy roll out. She didn't necessarily say "The album isn't ready", she would say "SOON!".
And since 2017/2018, she has said that music will be coming out, but she hasn't put out any standalone or soundtrack singles like 2015.
Albums are great, but I also don't mind an EP or really good standalone. Music has and always will be the reason I love and support Rih. I don't wear make up and the clothes are out of my budget, so while I'm VERY proud of everything she's accomplished (the success of the FENTY brand and all she's done with charity is amazing), she hasn't given me anything I can consume like music for 3 years (barely hear her in Believe It).
But let me check out her athletic stuff real quick...

HAHA! Not all Caribbean folks are late, but whenever my family says "Be there in an hour", I expect them to either be 3 hours late or not show up! Been using FENTY SKIN for a full week now and I really enjoy the products. My favorite is the moisturizer with SPF—it's got a great scent (unlike most sunscreens) and melts into the skin without leaving a whitecast on non-white skin, like most sunscreens do. Under my makeup, it keeps my skin feeling fresh and glowing. I stan.
The Fat Water toner/serum duo is my second favorite. I still use my hyaluronic acid serum with it just because I have it, but on days I don't, it feels just as good by itself. I'm also seeing results on my nose where I have a little bit of hyperpigmentation. Now it could be just my mind playing games but it looks like my skin color is starting to even out.
The cleanser is great for cleansing oils and dirt, but you need to wash your face twice or three times to get makeup off with it. It's not drying at all, which is great news for me and my dry patches. I use this in the morning when I wash my face, but in the evening (when I'm taking my makeup off) I either incorporate it AFTER I remove my makeup off or skip it entirely.

I use the pro filt'r foundation, concealer, contour stick, killawatt highlighter, and lip gloss almost daily. I also have two eyeshadow palettes that I really enjoy. They have 50 shades in the foundation/concealer line, and they expanded their bronzer line to include more shades for deeper skin tones. Cannot vouch for the brand enough. |
