Plus, Liam Gallagher could net his first ever solo UK Top 10 hit this Friday.
ArrDee and Aitch are well and truly heading for War as their dramatic collaboration enters the battle to become the highest new entry on next week’s Official Singles Chart. Currently, the track is expected to debut at Number 3 – becoming ArrDe’s 4th UK Top 10 single and Aitch’s 6th.
But could it go even further? Current chart-topper We Don’t Talk About Bruno is so far on-track to make it a full month at Number 1 in the UK, but ArrDee and Aitch could represent a real challenge for the Encanto cast this week.
Liam Gallagher could also net his first-ever UK Top 10 solo single next week. Everything’s Electric, taken from Liam’s upcoming album C’mon You Know and featuring Dave Grohl on drums, is looking to enter the chart at Number 5.
Also potentially gaining their first Top 10 entry next Friday is Scouse rapper Hazey, who has been on the rise for weeks with his viral single Packs & Potions. It’s set to hit a new peak of Number 8.
Outside the Top 10, several new entries are also looking to impact the chart. Nicki Minaj has returned with Do We Have A Problem? featuring Lil Baby, which is on track to debut at Number 16. It would be Nicki’s 39th UK Top 40 entry, and Lil Baby’s 7th.
Rising Canadian pop star Tate McRae broke out in 2020 with the Top 10 single You Broke Me First, and now she’s back and looking to debut in the Top 20 with her angsty new single She’s All I Wanna Be. Produced by Adele hitmaker Greg Kurstin, the track is looking to enter at Number 17 on Friday, it would be Tate’s 2nd UK Top 40 entry.
And finally, Red Hot Chilli Peppers’ Black Summer could become their 22nd Top 40 hit, it’s on track to debut at Number 19 – their highest-charting single since 2006.

While Encanto claims another week at the top, we see seven new tracks make it into the Top 40.
Encanto’s We Don’t Talk About Bruno marks one month at the top of the Official Singles Chart.
With 59,900 chart sales including 8.5 million streams, Bruno makes it to a fourth consecutive week at Number 1, while Surface Pressure by Jessica Darrow, also from Encanto, climbs one to a new peak of Number 3.
This week’s highest new entry comes from ArrDee & Aitch with War, landing straight in at Number 6. War is Manc rapper Aitch’s sixth Top 10, and ArrDee’s fourth in less than a year. Make Me Feel Good by Belters Only ft. Jazzy climbs one to a new peak of Number 8.
Just outside the Top 10 is Liverpool rapper Hazey who rises four with breakout hit Packs and Potions at 11, while Liam Gallagher earns his first solo Top 20 hit with Everything’s Electric, debuting at Number 18.
Tiesto & Ava Max score a new peak of 22 with The Motto, closely followed by Tate McRae’s new single She’s All I Wanna Be which becomes the Canadian artist’s second Top 40 single at Number 24. Tate previously spent 12 weeks in the Top 10 with You Broke Me First between 2020-21.
Next up are new peaks for Years & Years and Galantis’ Sweet Talker (26), Gunna & Future’s Pushin P ft. Young Thug (28) and George Ezra’s Anyone For You (30).
Nicki Minaj & Lil Baby enter at Number 31 with Do We Have A Problem, Nicki’s 39th Top 40 hit and Lil Baby’s seventh. Further down, the late Juice Wrld lands at 37 with posthumous single Cigarettes, and Los Angeles-based musician Em Beihold enters the Top 40 for the very first time with viral hit Numb Little Bug at 38.
Finally, Jax Jones’ new single Where Did You Go ft. MNEK debuts at Number 40, marking Jax’s 14th Top 40 single and MNEK’s seventh.

Plus, Dove Cameron could claim her first UK Top 20 hit
Ed Sheeran and Taylor Swift look set to claim this week’s highest new entry at Number 2 with The Joker and the Queen; following Ed’s show-stopping BRIT Awards performance of the track. The single could out-peak the pair’s last collaboration Everything Has Changed, which managed Number 7 in 2012.
But could it be the UK’s new Number 1? Current chart-topper We Don’t Talk About Bruno is currently on-track to make it a five-week run at the top in the UK, though Ed and Taylor pose a real threat to Encanto’s reign this week.
US actress and singer Dove Cameron could also claim her first-ever UK Top 20 single this week. Boyfriend is looking at a strong debut on the chart at Number 15 after the track’s success on TikTok saw its release pulled forwards.
Elsewhere in the First Look Top 10, Lost Frequencies and Calum Scott’s collaboration Where Are You Now holds tight in the Number 5 position, Sam Fender’s Seventeen Going Under rebounds one place to Number 6 following his BRITs performance and Best Alternative/Rock Act win, and Belters Only and Jazzy’s Make Me Feel Good continues to rise, currently sitting at Number 7.
Ed Sheeran’s Bad Habits looks set to climb back into the Top 20 following his BRIT Awards performance of the track with Bring Me The Horizon, while Shivers currently sits just below it at Number 17.
Finally, Tiesto & Ava Max could enter the Top 20 with The Motto for the first time, rising three places after 48 hours.

The track has seen a huge uplift thanks to a new single remix featuring Taylor and last week's BRITs performance. Plus new entries from Dove Cameron, Central Cee and Russ Millions.
Ed Sheeran claims the highest new entry on this week’s Official Singles Chart with The Joker and the Queen at Number 2.
The track receives a dramatic uplift following the release of a new single mix featuring none other than Taylor Swift, and Ed’s performance of the track at last week’s BRIT Awards
Several other tracks performed live at the O2 Arena last week also gain traction on the Official Singles Chart; including Sam Fender’s Seventeen Going Under rising one spot to Number 6, Ed’s own Bad Habits jumping to Number 18 after a live performance with Bring Me The Horizon and Adele’s I Drink Wine becoming this week’s highest climber, vaulting 52 places back into the UK Top 40 at Number 23. Check out the BRIT Award 2022 winners in full here.
The Encanto cast settle in for a fifth week at Number 1 with I Don’t Talk About Bruno, which extends its lead as the longest-running Number 1 of the year so far. Two more songs from Encanto still dwell in the Top 10 too – Jessica Darrow’s Surface Pressure drops to Number 4, while The Family Madrigal rises to Number 8.
Elsewhere in this week’s Top 10, Irish DJ duo Belters Only reach a new peak of Number 7 with Make Me Feel Good ft. Jazzy, while D-Block Europe and Central Cee rebound to Number 9 with Overseas, and Luude ft. Colin Hay re-enter the Top 10 with their re-working of Men At Work’s former Number 1 track Down Under, now back at Number 10.
US singer and actor Dove Cameron earns her first-ever UK chart entry today, with Boyfriend debuting on the Official Singles Chart at Number 14, the alt-pop track had its release pulled forward after a snippet went viral on TikTok. Tiesto and Ava Max also continue to make gains, with The Motto rising three to a new peak of Number 19.
Central Cee scores another entry on the Singles Chart, with new single Khabib debuting at Number 22, marking his 10th UK Top 40 hit and fourth in 2022 already.
George Ezra hits a new peak with his single Anyone For You, stepping up four places to Number 26, while Jax Jones and MNEK’s Eurodance-inspired bop Where Did You Go? vaults 10 spots for a new peak at Number 30.
Russ Millions debuts at Number 32 with Reggae & Calypso ft. Buni and YV. It’s Russ’ fifth Top 40 entry, as well as Buni and YV’s first. Finally, Charlie Puth’s Light Switch climbs one to return to the Top 40 at Number 40.

Ed missing #1 with a BRITS performance, music video, superstar remix, and signed CDs is definitely a blunder for him.
Still, the song will probably be spammed regardless and this era has managed to yet again been another by him with like 10 simultaneous hits in UK so all in all it could be much worse.

Ed missing #1 with a BRITS performance, music video, superstar remix, and signed CDs is definitely a blunder for him. Still, the song will probably be spammed regardless and this era has managed to yet again been another by him with like 10 simultaneous hits in UK so all in all it could be much worse. People really didn't like that song huh? Missing #1 is a big deal for this big push.

It would be Mimi's second Top 10 single, and her highest-charting hit yet.
Mimi Webb is looking to ignite this week’s Official Singles Chart, as her new release House on Fire claims highest new entry midweek. The uptempo break-up bop could debut at Number 6 on Friday, it would be Mimi’s second UK Top 10 single and potentially a new chart peak for the rising star. Last year, her breakout hit Good Without peaked at Number 8.
The cast of Encanto also look set to continue their UK chart dominance next week, with the Top 2 of the chart currently taken up by cuts from the soundtrack. In pole position is We Don’t Talk About Bruno currently on course for a sixth week at the top, while Jessica Darrow’s Surface Pressure could leap to a new peak of Number 2, and The Family Madrigal rises at Number 7.
Belters Only continue their upward climb with Make Me Feel Good featuring Jazzy, the dance track is on its way to a new peak this week (4).
Following a well-received BRITs performance, Ed Sheeran and Bring Me The Horizon have released their rocked-up remix of Ed’s former Number 1 single Bad Habits, sending the track all the way back into the First Look Top 10 (9).
Meanwhile, Jax Jones and MNEK are looking to secure next week’s highest climbing hit, Where Did You Go? jumps 15 places to Number 15 midweek. are we looking at a future Top 10 entry?
And finally, North London’s own Tion Wayne could debut at Number 20 with new single Knock Knock featuring Brixton rapper M24. It would be Tion’s 12th Top 40 entry and M24’s second.

Plus new peaks for Lost Frequencies featuring Calum Scott, Belters Only featuring Jazzy and Luude featuring Colin Hay.
Encanto fever continues as We Don’t Talk About Bruno settles in for a sixth week at Number 1 on the Official Singles Chart, racking up over 7.8 million UK streams over the past seven days. The Disney movie’s grip on the UK Top 10 doesn’t slacken this week, either. Jessica Darrow’s Surface Pressure climbs back one spot to a re-peak of Number 3, while The Family Madrigal holds steady at Number 8.
But are its days at the top numbered? Afrobeats legend Fireboy DML and Ed Sheeran once again re-peak at Number 2 with Peru, but the boys will have to put in a lot of work to de-roost Bruno from the top spot.
It’s also an impressive week for rising teen pop star Mimi Webb, who scorches into the Top 10 with House On Fire - this week’s highest new entry at Number 6, and a personal best for Mimi on the Official Chart, her previous highest peak was Number 8 for Good Without.
Thanking fans for their support, Mimi told OfficialCharts.com: "It's crazy seeing the response to this song. The fans absolutely love it [...]I'm just going for it and having a laugh. It's such a cool song to start the year with."
Three more ascending hits also reach new peaks inside the Top 10; Lost Frequencies and Calum Scott’s Where Are You Now, rises to Number 5, Belters Only featuring Jazzy leap to Number 5 with Make Me Feel Good and Australian DJ Luude’s Down Under featuring Men At Work’s Colin Hay jumps to Number 9.
Outside the Top 10, Ed Sheeran’s Bad Habits rebounds seven spots to Number 11 thanks to its new Bring Me The Horizon remix, while D-Block Europe and AJ Tracey clinch this week’s highest climber – Make You Smile jumps 26 places to Number 19.
Another new entry at Number 21 from Tion Wayne and M24 with Knock Knock. The collaboration becomes Tion’s 12th Top 40 hit, and M24’s second. Jax Jones and MNEK stay on an upward trajectory, their Eurodance-inspired bop Where Did You Go gains a new peak (23), as does George Ezra’s Anyone For You, rising one to Number 25, while Tate McRae’s angsty She’s All I Wanna Be rises to Number 28.
Charlie Puth’s viral hit Light Switch proves it has legs, jumping up 9 to a new peak of Number 31, while two young stars on the rise gain their first UK Top 40 entries today. London-based singer-songwriter Cat Burns jumps 13 spots to Number 34 with Go, while LA TikTok darling Em Beihold’s Numb Little Bug vaults ten places to Number 36.
English DJ Wilkinson returns to the UK Top 40 for the first time since 2014. His new track Used To This with Issey Cross crashes in at Number 39, it’s his 4th Top 40 hit, and the first for Issey.
And finally, following their success on the Official Albums Chart this week with Disrespectful, Bradford’s Bad Boy Chiller Crew crack the Top 40 with BMW (40), their second Top 40 hit. Read our full interview with Bad Boy Chiller Crew here.

Plus Fireboy DML & Ed Sheeran and Lost Frequencies feat. Calum Scott are fighting for Number 2 on the Official Singles Chart.
We Don’t Talk About Bruno also continues its firm grip on the Official Singles Chart, furthering its lead at Number 1 in our First Look Update. It’s looking at a seventh week at the top of the chart.
Australian DJ Luude and Men At Work singer Colin Hay also continue to rise in the Top 10 this week – with Down Under jumping three places to a new peak of Number 6. Could the track break the Top 5 next week? A re-working for Men At Work’s 1982 hit of the same name, the original peaked at Number 1- could this modern-day remix do the same?
Fireboy DML and Ed Sheeran’s Peru and Where Are You Now by Lost Frequencies featuring Calum Scott have entered a close race this weekend for Number 2, with less than 100 chart sales separate Peru at Number 2 and Where Are You Now at Number 3.
Elsewhere, Belters Only’s Make Me Feel Good continues to make gains in the Top 10, possibly jumping to a new peak of Number 4 – the track recently hit Number 1 on the Irish Singles Chart, making Belters Only the first homegrown Irish dance act to do so in 22 years.
Jax Jones and MNEK’s climb up the Official Singles Chart continues with Where Did You Go currently vaulting to Number 12, it’s highest peak yet. Could it finally crack the Top 10 next week?
George Ezra’s Anyone For You could also make a big jump this week, racing up 12 spots to a possible new peak of Number 13.
And finally, Tiesto and Ava Max could jump back into the op 20 with The Motto, their frantic dance hit is currently up two to Number 20.
The Official Singles Chart Top 100 is revealed on OfficialCharts.com every Friday at 5.45pm. Follow the Top 40 countdown live on BBC Radio 1’s Official Chart show with Scott Mills.

^They have a separation "Compilation" album chart that covers soundtracks and such. If Encanto were included in vidcapper's chart, I think it would be easily #1.

Could Lost Frequencies ft. Calum Scott or Belters Only ft. Jazzy challenge for the top spot next week after once again gaining new highest peaks?
Encanto’s domination of the UK continues as breakout hit We Don’t Talk About Bruno achieves a seventh consecutive week at Number 1 today on the Official Singles Chart.
The first original Disney song to ever top the Official Singles Chart, Bruno also extends its lead as the longest-running Number 1 of 2022 so far. Encanto’s other huge hits also remain in the Top 10 this week – with Surface Pressure at Number 5 and The Family Madrigal at Number 10.
Two possible future Number 1 contenders continue to make gains inside the Top 5, reaching new peaks this week. Lost Frequencies and Calum Scott’s Where Are You Now jumps up to Number 3, while Belters Only and Make Me Feel Good featuring Jazzy reaches Number 4. Read our chat with Calum Scott here.
Australian DJ Luude nudges even closer this week to the Top 5 as rising hit Down Under featuring Men At Work’s Colin Hay is up four to Number 6, while D-Block Europe and Central Cee rebound to Number 9 with Overseas.
Meanwhile, Jax Jones and MNEK move one step closer to cracking the Top 10 with their link-up Where Did You Go rising to yet another new peak of Number 11. Can it finally go all the way next week? Read our exclusive interview with Jax Jones here.
Dove Cameron also reaches a new peak of Number 13 with her viral alt-pop hit Boyfriend, as George Ezra’s Anyone For You also climbs nine spots to a new high of Number 16. Two tracks also re-peak this week; Tiesto and Ava Max’s The Motto (19) and Tate McRae’s angsty pop-rock hit She’s All I Wanna Be (24).
Central Cee gains Friday’s highest new entry with Straight Back To It, debuting at Number 25. Another track from his mixtape 23, Khabib, re-enters the Top 40 at Number 36.
Former Top 10 hit Do It To It by Arcraze featuring Cherish re-enters the Top 40 today, following the release of a remix by Tiesto. This week’s highest climber, vaulting a massive 40 spots to Number 28, while Cat Burns’ viral chillout tune Go is up five to a new peak of Number 29. She’s joined by TikTok star Em Beihold reaching a new peak of Number 31 with Numb Little Bug/
Charli XCX and Rina Sawayama are on the rise once more with Beg For You up three to Number 32, thanks in part to its A.G. Cook Remix featuring SEVENTEEN’s Vernon.
Becky Hill and Galantis are another new entry this week, crashing in at Number 34, while dance DJ Wilkinson and Issey Cross reach another highest peak with Used To This now at Number 37. And finally, Bradford boys Bad Boy Chiller Crew’s BMW is also up two to a new peak of Number 38.

A surprise release to celebrate the start of the rap icon's UK tour, Starlight could topple that pesky Bruno after seven weeks at Number 1.
After seven weeks at the top of the Official Singles Chart, We Don’t Talk About Bruno’s reign at Number 1 could well be over this week thanks to Dave, who is heading for his second chart-topper with Starlight.
The track - a surprise release to celebrate Dave’s UK tour – is currently leading the race to become the UK’s Number 1 single this week.
Luude’s Down Under also looks set to crack the Top 5 for the first time this week, up one to Number 5.
Jax Jones and MNEK could also break into the Top 10 with Where Did You Go possibly vaulting to Number 7, with reigning Number 1 We Don’t Talk About Bruno following at 9.
George Ezra’s Anyone For You continues its upward climb on the chart, this week could see it hitting another highest peak; this time one step closer to the Top 10 (11).
Following their performance on The One Show last week, Griff and Sigrid’s Head On Fire is also on track to crack the Top 40 for the first time, jumping 33 slots midweek to Number 13. It would be Griff’s 2nd Top 40 entry, as well as Sigrid’s 4th and first in three years.
This week’s highest new entry could go to ArrDee with Come & Go set to debut at Number 14 – the Brighton rapper’s possible 5th Top 40 record in less than a year.
Camila Cabello’s Bam Bam featuring Ed Sheeran is on its way to become her 15th Top 40 single, another new midweek entry at Number 16.
And finally, Tiesto and Ava Max’s The Motto could hit a new peak, rising two spots to Number 17.
The Official Singles Chart Top 100 is revealed on OfficialCharts.com every Friday at 5.45pm. Follow the Top 40 countdown live on BBC Radio 1’s Official Chart show with Scott Mills.

They really should allow compilations on the main chart. There's no reason why Encanto shouldn't be topping that weak ass top 10. No wonder 4 new releases dominated when the alternative is the relatively old Ed/Adele/Olivia projects.

Encanto's seven-week long reign on the Official Singles Chart has come to an end.
Dave’s Starlight has debuted straight at the top of the Official Singles Chart. It marks the acclaimed rapper’s second UK Number 1 single, following 2018’s Funky Friday featuring Fredo.
Starlight arrives at Number 1 with combined chart sales of 63,000, including 7.7 million streams, the biggest opening week for any track this year. It’s also the first song to debut straight in at Number 1 this year too. See Dave’s Official Charts history in full.
Australian DJ Luude also cracks the Top 5 for the first time with Down Under featuring Men At Work’s Colin Hay rising to Number 5, a new peak.
Several tracks inside the Top 10 also see some upward momentum this week; with Sam Fender’s Seventeen Going Under (6), Mimi Webb’s House on Fire (7) and Overseas by D-Block Europe featuring Central Cee (8) all shifting up one place.
Jax Jones and MNEK also finally arrive inside the UK Top 10 after weeks of climbing with Eurodance hit Where Did You Go. It’s Jax’s 8th Top 10 hit and MNEK’s first since Number 1 hit Head & Heart with Joel Corry. Read Jax’s journey through his Official Charts history here.
Just outside the Top 10, A1 x J1 and Tion Wayne are a new entry at Number 11 with Night Away (Dance) as Russ Millions, Buni and YV are this week’s biggest climber, vaulting a massive 34 places to Number 12 with Reggae & Calypso, a new peak for the track.
George Ezra also ascends to a new peak today with Anyone For You up three to Number 13, while ArrDee secures his 5th Top 20 entry in less than a year with Come & Go debuting at Number 16. Tiesto & Ava Max continue to reach new heights with The Motto rising two to Number 17, while Cat Burns’ viral breakout hit Go ascends ten spots to a new peak of Number 19, the London native’s first Top 20 hit.
Camila Cabello gains her 15th UK Top 40 hit with Bam Bam featuring Ed Sheeran debuting at Number 22, while Em Beihold’s Numb Little Bug scuttles three places forward to Number 28. And finally, Bad Boy Chiller Crew continue to rise with BMW racing up six to Number 32.

They really should allow compilations on the main chart. There's no reason why Encanto shouldn't be topping that weak ass top 10. No wonder 4 new releases dominated when the alternative is the relatively old Ed/Adele/Olivia projects. Encanto soundtrack would have been at 4 this week if included. The week before was its first week at no.1
