Another single and another top 10 for Brett Young. "Mercy" moved up from #14 to #10 this week for his fourth straight top ten. His lowest peaking single so far has been #2. Hurry up and get this single done I want them to release "Your Memory Wont Let Me" I doubt that they are going to release a 5th single from the album. |

I think it’s time for a brand new single off an upcoming album after this one anyway. |

Saw a tweet from Rolling Stone that Brett's next single will be from a new album. I love this song but never thought it would get to see the light of day much less be a smash!

I knew this would be a big hit the moment I heard it for the first time, but I also think Brett has 3-4 other songs on this album that could have been #1 contending hits off this album, it was that strong. I don’t care for some of the production but overall, it’s one of the best debut albums I’ve heard in the past few years. |

This guy's appeal is kinda lost on me. For the most part his voice bores me to tears, his production is pretty sterile.
I think this song is goodish. Definitely the best of the 4 songs he's released as singles. But even then this song kind of bores me by the end.

This was one of those albums where I truly could’ve seen any song become a single and hit at least the Top 20 (“Makin’ Me Say”, “Close Enough”, and “Beautiful Believer” are the only ones I can’t confidently say would be #1 hits...that’s 9 songs I could...75% of his debut album). He perfectly blends quality lyrics with radio ready melodies. And solid vocals and production to top it off. Very excited for what he does next.

It's 20 million in audience behind "Get Along" right now, so I think it's still at least a few weeks out from hitting #1 yet. |

Nice move, I know a lot of Drake songs fell this week on the H100 but even with that I feel as though Brett has had an impressive chart run on the H100 as well as country airplay. It’s a great song and certainly deserves a high H100 peak along with multiple weeks at #1 on country airplay. |

This is the first song of his that made me realize the hype for him. Very talented fella and just a beautiful song. I'm never going to be someone who fawns over every sentimental piano ballad, but this one has so much emotion in the vocals that it punches me in the gut every time I listen.
Brett Young is shaping up to be a huge star, and I see him along with Luke Combs and Kane Brown cementing themselves as the next big crop of A-list superstars. The only piece of advise I'd give his team is to balance out the slower ballad type songs with a few uptempo's. He doesn't want to be permanently remembered as the weepy ballad guy. Hopefully the lead single to his next album will be something upbeat that can grab more energy in a live concert setting, because he will need a few of those to sell tickets.

Hopefully once this dies at country, they can push this to Hot AC. I could see this actually doing something there. I guess they may have to wait until “Tequila” runs it’s course at HAC, buf I still am hoping for this to cross over.

2 weeks is a virtual lock, and this one still has room to grow since the audience number is pretty low this week for a #1 song, let alone a huge hit #1 song. Curious to see if Jason will wait this one out for another 2 weeks, or if they’ll make a push after next week. “Drowns The Whiskey” has been another big smash, that unfortunately has “Life Changes” breathing closely behind it. Should be a fun few weeks for chart watchers like Pulse.

I think it can get one more week but 2 might be pushing it considering Aldean, Thomas and Luke are all 3 moving up behind it. Besides I feel like they'll be wating to get his new single "Here Tonight" out soon since he's on a 3 #1 in a row streak. |
