"Til Love Comes Again" is out at the right time, too.
The singles from Sweet Sixteen really should have been:
1. Walk On 2. Cathy's Clown 3. Am I The Only One Who Cares 4. Somebody Up There Likes Me
Not sure how the other two got released, lol.

84. "'Til Love Comes Again"
This song has always been one of my least favorite Reba songs. I think it is just written in such a minor key that it is just not pleasant to the ear. The melody plods, and the song puts me in a bad mood. Lol interestingly enough, the first two notes of that fiddle intro remind me of the first two fiddle notes of George Strait's "You're Something Special To Me" (which is also one of my least favorite George Strait songs...) Not at all surprised by the similarities since they shared the same producer. Jimmy Browen produced every Reba album from 1985 to 1989 including Sweet Sixteen. This also begs the question...why was there never an epic duet between them during this time?!? And I suppose I shouldn't at all be surprised that I'm one of the highest rankers for some of her 80's material thus far (excluding "Little Girl"). I also suspect I'll be on the opposite end from y'all when it comes to some of her more recent material. As for the hint I have no clue...but my heart stopped for a second when I realized "Little Rock" is in the lyrics for the Tim McGraw song. No way would that song be out yet so I'm not sure what it could be lol.

And it's not like that would have been a guaranteed smash hit for both of them had it gotten released as a single... Just saying...

This next song is about a booty call, where the man has to leave in the morning for a trip to Memphis! And Reba's all like, "Can't Memphis wait a day or two?" Lol. So don't mention Memphis!
Last night you made his memory fade a little. You helped me see how love can still be right. I wish you didn't have to leave. If you just knew how much I need Last night every night.83. "Last Night, Ev'ry Night"

With the departure of this song, we officially say goodbye to her '70s material! All before her '90s, '00s, or '10s loses a single song Personally I have always enjoyed this song quite a bit. Her vocal performance here is very earnest and convincing, the melody is fun, and the outdated production does not hold this song back the way it does for a lot of her older songs. It's an awesome song, and we seem to agree that it is alright, because there are a lot more votes in the 50s and 60s than most of the previous eliminations. Only 4 people put this in their bottom 10, including 2 bottom 5s. {Songs Remaining} (You Lift Me) Up To Heaven And Still Back To God Because Of You Can’t Even Get The Blues Cathy’s Clown Consider Me Gone Cowgirls Don’t Cry Does He Love You Every Other Weekend Fallin’ Out Of Love Fancy For My Broken Heart Forever Love God And My Girlfriends Going Out Like That Have I Got A Deal For You He Gets That From Me How Blue How Was I To Know I Keep On Lovin’ You I Know How He Feels I’d Rather Ride Around With You I’ll Be I’m A Survivor I’m Gonna Take That Mountain I’m Not That Lonely Yet If I Were A Boy If You See Him, If You See Her Is There Life Out There It’s Your Call Just Like Them Horses Let The Music Lift You Up Little Rock Love Needs A Holiday Love Will Find Its Way to You My Sister New Fool At An Old Game Oklahoma Swing On My Own One Honest Heart One Promise Too Late Only In My Mind Ring On Her Finger, Time On Her Hands Rumor Has It She Thinks His Name Was John Silent Night Softly And Tenderly Somebody Somebody Should Leave Somebody’s Chelsea Starting Over Again Strange Sunday Kind Of Love Sweet Music Man Take It Back The Fear Of Being Alone The Greatest Man I Never Knew The Heart Is A Lonely Hunter The Heart Won’t Lie The Last One To Know The Night The Lights Went Out In Georgia The Only Promise That Remains They Asked About You Till You Love Me Turn On The Radio Until They Don’t Love You Walk On We’re So Good Together What Am I Gonna Do About You What Do You Say What If What If It’s You When Love Gets A Hold Of You Whoever’s In New England Why Do We Want (What We Know We Can’t Have) Why Haven’t I Heard From You Wrong Night You Keep Me Hangin’ On You Lie You’re Gonna Be You’re The First Time I’ve Thought About Leaving

Now that we have just about said goodbye to all of her unknown stuff from the late '70s and early '80s, it's about time for some more of the stuff from her hit making years to start feeling insecure! "Have I Got A Deal For You" may not be super well remembered nowadays in the midst of her huge hits from the '80s (it got sandwiched between the massive #1 hits "How Blue"/"Somebody Should Leave" on one album, and then "Whoever's In New England"/"Little Rock" on the other), but it was almost a top 5 hit in 1985.
Personally I have always found this song to be pretty boring, but I ended up being the lowest ranker. This one only had about half of us put this in their bottom 20, which seems to suggest that the amount that people like these upcoming songs is starting to increase dramatically!

Rounding out the bottom 80, we say goodbye to the top 5 debut single from Reba's eponymous 1988 album. This song has since been overshadowed by the #1 followup hits on the album "I Know How He Feels" and "New Fool At An Old Game", but this was a pretty big hit in its own right.
castleoblivion26 finally says goodbye to his #100 here, and myself and Cody Wants Out... aren't too far behind as this was our #97. Personally I have always found this song to be incredibly boring, and I have no idea how it managed to be a hit, or who even thought it would be a good idea to make this a single... Lol and clearly I'm right, as it's not like it is TOO loved, as there are only 2 people who put this in their top half, and it is out before like 98% of her other top 5 hits.

My guess would be "God and My Girlfriends." I know "Turn On the Radio" isn't the most popular song, but I don't think it would be at #80.

I was beginning to figure that "Sunday Kind of Love" would be leaving soon; I've tried listening to it again and again, but it also feels uneventful and just drags on and on.
I'm thinking that either "If I Were a Boy", "Silent Night", "God and My Girlfriends", or...I don't really know what else...

so happy "Sunday Kind of Love" is out. It lasted way too long honestly. I really do not understand how that song was a hit because it is so boring and there is nothing about it that makes up for it being so slow.
I'm thinking "If I Were A Boy", "Softly and Tenderly", "Silent Night", "God and My Girlfriends", or "I Keep On Loving You" will be next

I'm thinking "I Keep On Loving You" will be next I don't like "I Keep On Loving You" and I definitely overranked it. I originally had it at the bottom before I started listening to the older songs that I had never heard before and I forgot to move it down because I don't like it one bit. It is every bit as boring and uninspiring as "Sunday Kind of Love" for me. Should have been bottom 5 for me so I kinda hope it doesn't last too long

Kicking off the top 80, we say goodbye to our first "modern" Reba song! This song came out in 2013 with Kelly Clarkson's Wrapped In Red Christmas album, and immediately got a bunch of buzz. This is very close to being my favorite version of "Silent Night" tbh (maybe just behind Martina's), which I normally find to be a very meh Christmas song. So that is really saying something about what an amazing job all of these women did with this song, if it's good enough for me to like it.
I just love the way this is organized, with each of them taking a verse, followed by an a cappella verse with 3-part harmonies and Reba on lead. Definitely a perfect way to arrange the song! Unfortunately for the song, 3 people lose a #100 here.

This one has been vastly overshadowed through the years based on the fact that the followup singles "Can't Even Get The Blues" and "You're The First Time I've Thought About Leaving" became her first and second #1 hits. And I agree that this one definitely sounds less iconic than those two do. Although I am not disappointed to see it last this long, because it is also not a bad song. I'm just happy to see "Silent Night" escape the Bottom 20. I love their arrangement and it is one of my favorite Christmas songs.
I'm okay with "I'm Not That Lonely Yet" going here. I like it but its okay to go now. Am hoping the last two songs that are a part of my Bottom 5 go soon

I'm just happy to see "Silent Night" escape the Bottom 20. I love their arrangement and it is one of my favorite Christmas songs. I'm okay with "I'm Not That Lonely Yet" going here. I like it but its okay to go now. Am hoping the last two songs that are a part of my Bottom 5 go soon **Looks at what is left in your bottom 5****Rolls eyes**Gurl, you're gonna get some HEAT when those come out! I figured but I just couldn't get into either of them. I have never liked the one I have at #98 and I figure that one will last a while. #97 I hadn't heard before this and it did nothing for me. Maybe it'll grow on me at some point. meh, bring on the heat lmao

Pretty much immediately on the heels of their first trio song leaving, Reba/Kelly/Trisha lose their next song! "Softly And Tenderly" was a buzz single before the release of Reba's newest album full of Jesus Jamz, and just could not garner enough support here to do much of anything in this rankdown. It never had any trouble staying out of the bottom 20, with how much forgotten material ended up there, but was always towards the tail end of her more recent/well-known works.
Believe it or not, "Silent Night" was actually a good 10 spaces or so higher than this one at one point! That song ended up getting tanked, while this one stayed more or less consistent.
With this elimination BlueShades874 loses his #100 finally, but toomuchboy accumulates a near top-20 loss :(

I'm glad this one outlasted SN; I consider it the better of the two, partly because Reba's voice (for whatever reason) is louder than Trisha/Kelly on "Silent Night."

Let's keep the collaborations rolling!
Well, when two Okies get together, man, there's nothin' they like better Than to hold each other on a dawdust floor.

Lol. Honestly, I had never even heard of this song before hosting this rankdown, and then I was like, "Wait, Reba and Vince have another duet that was a top 20 hit, that was an official single?! I might as well include it to get to 100 songs." This song isn't that bad, but tbh "The Heart Don't Lie" is MUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCH better... {Songs Remaining} (You Lift Me) Up To Heaven And Still Back To God Because Of You Can’t Even Get The Blues Cathy’s Clown Consider Me Gone Cowgirls Don’t Cry Does He Love You Every Other Weekend Fallin’ Out Of Love Fancy For My Broken Heart Forever Love God And My Girlfriends Going Out Like That He Gets That From Me How Blue How Was I To Know I Keep On Lovin’ You I Know How He Feels I’d Rather Ride Around With You I’ll Be I’m A Survivor I’m Gonna Take That Mountain If I Were A Boy If You See Him, If You See Her Is There Life Out There It’s Your Call Just Like Them Horses Let The Music Lift You Up Little Rock Love Needs A Holiday Love Will Find Its Way to You My Sister New Fool At An Old Game On My Own One Honest Heart One Promise Too Late Only In My Mind Ring On Her Finger, Time On Her Hands Rumor Has It She Thinks His Name Was John Somebody Somebody Should Leave Somebody’s Chelsea Starting Over Again Strange Sweet Music Man Take It Back The Fear Of Being Alone The Greatest Man I Never Knew The Heart Is A Lonely Hunter The Heart Won’t Lie The Last One To Know The Night The Lights Went Out In Georgia The Only Promise That Remains They Asked About You Till You Love Me Turn On The Radio Until They Don’t Love You Walk On We’re So Good Together What Am I Gonna Do About You What Do You Say What If What If It’s You When Love Gets A Hold Of You Whoever’s In New England Why Do We Want (What We Know We Can’t Have) Why Haven’t I Heard From You Wrong Night You Keep Me Hangin’ On You Lie You’re Gonna Be You’re The First Time I’ve Thought About Leaving

Some like to get real close to the flame. Once you feel the heat, You know they're never the same.

I don't have too much to say about this one, other than I have always found it incredibly annoying. Usually Reba is great when she takes on an attitude, but for some reason I have always hated her performance of this song. Glad it's finally leaving.{Songs Remaining} (You Lift Me) Up To Heaven And Still Back To God Because Of You Can’t Even Get The Blues Cathy’s Clown Consider Me Gone Cowgirls Don’t Cry Does He Love You Every Other Weekend Fallin’ Out Of Love Fancy For My Broken Heart Forever Love God And My Girlfriends Going Out Like That He Gets That From Me How Blue How Was I To Know I Keep On Lovin’ You I Know How He Feels I’d Rather Ride Around With You I’ll Be I’m A Survivor I’m Gonna Take That Mountain If I Were A Boy If You See Him, If You See Her Is There Life Out There It’s Your Call Just Like Them Horses Let The Music Lift You Up Little Rock Love Needs A Holiday Love Will Find Its Way to You My Sister New Fool At An Old Game On My Own One Honest Heart One Promise Too Late Only In My Mind Ring On Her Finger, Time On Her Hands Rumor Has It She Thinks His Name Was John Somebody Somebody Should Leave Somebody’s Chelsea Starting Over Again Strange Sweet Music Man Take It Back The Fear Of Being Alone The Greatest Man I Never Knew The Heart Is A Lonely Hunter The Heart Won’t Lie The Last One To Know The Night The Lights Went Out In Georgia The Only Promise That Remains They Asked About You Till You Love Me Turn On The Radio Until They Don’t Love You Walk On We’re So Good Together What Am I Gonna Do About You What Do You Say What If What If It’s You When Love Gets A Hold Of You Whoever’s In New England Why Haven’t I Heard From You Wrong Night You Keep Me Hangin’ On You Lie You’re Gonna Be You’re The First Time I’ve Thought About Leaving

I ranked "Oklahoma Swing" so low because it felt more like a Vince song and not a Reba song. I also agree that it is nowhere near as good as "The Heart Won't Lie"!
"Why Do We Want (What We Know We Can't Have)" is an alright song, didn't love it but I enjoyed it well enough. Am okay with it going here.
