Madonna never said anything negative about Stefani the person/artist- it all had to do with one song. I think what perturbed M was how Stefani was very defensive about that situation- after gushing over M prior to that. That was what I found odd about the whole thing. And then she made that shady comment of how she's different from Madge- like Madge doesn't write songs/music.  In any event, they are both strong, talented females, and they should be in unison, as should fan bases. She didn't actually say that Madge doesn't write songs. She was just saying that she is known more for her songwriting/piano playing or at least she wanted to be. M also parodied it in her concerts even ending with "she's not me". So I don't think it was just the song. Of course one would be defensive after someone who you idolized and praised insulted you publicly. But yes, they both should be allies as should the fanbases. Especially since most Gaga fans are likely Madonna fans before the riff made them choose sides. |

Between the Sound of Music and Shallow, Oscar Gaga is my favorite award show Gaga. I was never here for her Best Actress hype/nomination but can’t root against talent.
Also everyone I was watching with is convinced she and Bradley are fucking.

Same! U could see she was almost distracted (but she's a queen so she reigned it in) by how physically drawn to him she is when he sat down next to her at the piano. I am still unclear how they didn't start making out right there. I could almost feel Bradley's breath watching, lord knows what Gaga could feel right there.

We are passionate about our fav divas and if M and Gaga seem to be burying the “hatchet” ( if there even was one ) let it be and move on. I never did understand the fan feud between both sides and it always appeared so silly. I suppose it will take a song collaboration between the two to finally kill this ridiculous feud.

Strict NO to collaboration from me, that'd never work out well. Their paths have gone to totally opposite directions since the BTW controversy.

Always Remember needs an actual push. It’s been doing well on iTunes since the movie came out. I wouldn’t expect it to be a big hit or anything but it could have a decent showing on some radio formats and serve as a lead-in into the next era.

Ps I didn't like her look at all last night -- the plumber gloves, Jersey Shore tan, white hair -- she looked like Bob Barker.
