Will debut at #1 with a current projection of 280-310k SPS. Now this is what you call a breakthrough! Projection updated to 317k SPS (175k sales). Us Singular stans were in the trenches praying for times like these! I'm happy for her fans who were there from the start! Exciting times.

Really depends on how long they plan this era to be, but honestly a fourth single is always gonna face an uphill battle after burning so much demand with this huge debut.

I guess everyone who watched Saltburn knows the size of her man's dick, so she was like "Might as well make an album about it!"

Dumb and Poetic is major Ur So Gay by Katy vibes. Stuff like “You’re so empathetic you’d make a great wife, and I promise the mushrooms aren’t changing your life” could be ripped straight from that song if I didn’t know better. And even phrasing/melodically reminds me of a slow downed version of that in parts.

Just had the idea of a video for Juno where Elliot Page is her love interest who she wants to make her Juno. Please somehow make this happen!!
Also, as far as getting the most out of this album post-Taste, I say add Ariana onto Bed Chem when they release 4th or 5th. It already sounds like a song of hers as it is, and it would likely guarantee yet another h100 #1 from the album.

That sounds like a good way to completely ruin that song.
It does not sound like a song by that person.

I was ready to pull the trigger on the Target exclusive CD but she got me with the two different versions of the digital album, with "needless to say" on one and "busy woman" on the other at $4.99 each from her website instead.
She's learning well from her blonde bestie.

This is the album of the fucking year. I just wanna say the production on this album is top tier, fantastic. Her songwriting is great too but her producer did that. They. Did. THAT. The vocal production is also top notch. There are like 5 top 3 hits here if they want to go that deep in the campaign. "Juno" has to be a single at some point.

I'm enjoying this as a light, 'throw it on' sort of album - and those have been sorely lacking. I doubt I'll listen to it much beyond this year, but so what?

Hot damn that “you make me wanna make you fall in love!” hook on Juno is the most addictively brilliant hook. If you had told me there would be two better pop bops on this album than Espresso, I woulda said no chance. Yet here Taste and Juno are…

So I saw the album at Walmart and noticed the back cover does not have the tracklist. I've noticed it with other albums over the past few years like Chromatica. I wonder why that shift happened.

“Don’t Smile” is screaming to be the next single. Although songs like “Good Graces” or “Bad Chem” seem like the obvious choice but they would be more of the same.
DS with a rap remix can kill it on the charts. It’s already driving me insane by playing on a loop in my head.

"Dumb & Poetic" is becoming one of my favorites! Second most listened to on the album. The way she describes every insufferable hipster I've ever dated. The Leonard Cohen stray. And the lyric change in the last chorus to "just cause you leave like one..." Heartstrings pulled. But why oh why doesn't it have a bridge!?

Sabrina is also the first female artist ever to have three songs inside the Top 3 during the same week in the UK, being "Espresso" (#3), "Please Please Please" (#2) and "Taste" (#1).

Quite elated about Sabrina scoring No.1, No.2, and No.3 on The Official U.K. Chart. Plus the No.1 album, too. It's been a long wait for her to breakout this massively and her success is well-deserved.

And even phrasing/melodically reminds me of a slow downed version of that in parts. I’m so glad someone else has said this! I had the same thoughts when relistening last night. I also just realized they both talk about the dude j**king off to random-ass music (mozart and Leonard cohen respectively). Yeah, they definitley pulled from that song lol. I think that’s still my biggest issue with the album. She’s riffing from mostly other artists. Like over half of it is the CRJ playbook, but then you also have a couple Ariana in there, Katy with DAP, etc. Where’s Sabrina? I think the country-pop flair of P3 and Slim Pickens is where she seems the most like her own artist here. The biggest differentiator to me with her is the over-the-top vulgar-ness, which tbh I still don’t totally buy on a lot of the album. It does make it stand out, but can feel kinda forced. But I mean, this is definitely a collection of catchy, polished pop songs, I’ll certainly say that. An argument to be made there are the most surefire pop smashes on here since Teenage Dream (though I also say the same about Chappell’s album, but the overt queerness of most of the lyrics presents a bigger uphill battle there).

I do not hear the Carly Rae Jepson comparisons in this music at all. And I love Carly. But this sounds much more mainstream and less campy. Loving this the more and more I listen though, Taste, Don’t Smile, and Bed Chem are planted pretty firmly as my top three.

I just watched all of her music videos and it's so nice that her deal with Island Records finally let her be an artist with her own identity that's now fully realized with this album.
The first glimpses I saw of the artist we see now were in Almost Love and Paris.

After listening to this I don’t like every song but a few really jump out at me- Taste, coincidence, and bed Chem in particular. Funny how espresso stands out as if it were recorded at a different time, almost.
